The office is always clean, welcoming, and well organized, and the staff is friendly and professional from the moment you walk through the door. Celia and Briana have been exceptional. They are always attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They take the time to answer any questions I have, explain everything thoroughly, and make sure I'm comfortable throughout each visit. Their professionalism and dedication to providing excellent patient care truly stand out. The dentists and the rest of the team have also been wonderful. What bothered me the most was the way she spoke to an elderly patient it came across as disrespectful, impatient, and unprofessional. I also asked if they could hold off on filling my son's other cavity because I wanted time to decide whether I wanted that procedure done that day which only took 2 minutes I told her we can proceed with the other cavity. Instead of responding professionally, Cecilia immediately said, "Nope, the room is cleaned up," in a rude, dismissive tone, with a smirk on her face. As a parent, I should be able to ask questions and make decisions about my child's treatment without being made to feel rushed or dismissed. The front desk and patient care staff should treat every patient and family with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Based on my experience, Cecilia's attitude was completely unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. Unfortunately, they don't deserve even one star. If I could, I'd give a negative star. Consider this my smirk in return.

He has got the best personality and I look forward to all my appointments with him. He provides great care and does it so personably. Dr. Barry is knowledgeable and performed a difficult root canal that went quickly and smoothly. Alyssa, my hygienist is so sweet and when she performs my cleaning has the delicate touch needed while doing a thorough job. Office manager Liz is always helpful and I look forward to catching up with her when I check-in. I highly recommend coming to this location. I've been a patient of modern dentistry for over 10 years and when this location opened closer to home I was nervous I wouldn't like it. I'm so glad I do and as long as this staff is still there I will continue to be a loyal patient. Also note parking can be tough at later times because it is a busy shopping center. Facility itself is a brand new build, rooms have always been clean and I've always felt safe under their care. Highly recommend the gum laser treatment! Poor communication and dishonest billing practices. Billed me for "comprehensive exam" when only…read moreone tooth was examined and addressed. Nothing about my other teeth, gum health, jaw problems that I mentioned during intake. When I contacted them about fixing the billing, I never received a response. I was also promised a follow up on my insurance, didn't receive one. Also I booked my appointment with Dr Laura, but received an exam from Dr Katelyn instead. Would have been fine, however I didn't find the bedside manner to be great. For example when I mentioned that I wanted braces she simply asked "Why?" I found this odd since previous dentists had observed issues with my jaw alignment, bite, and teeth crowding.. but this time the dentist seemed confused as to why I'd even want braces. If a comprehensive exam was truly given in the first place, I don't think it would have been a question. Another example: after examining my cracked tooth she said matter-of-factly "I think we both know that it needs to go". Actually no I didn't know, that's why I wanted to get it examined in the first place rather than asking for an extraction. Weird vibes the whole time, just seemed annoyed like I was wasting her time. The place wasn't busy when I went, but wait times were very long. In total I spent about 1 hour and 30 minutes there. The actual exam was less than 10 minutes. I added one star because the lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming.

He explained everything to me clearly and made sure I got all that I needed. I also received a cleaning, and the hygienist was amazing - very professional, there was so much work to be done, and so my respect has grown for all dental staff. Even if there was some pain during the cleaning, I knew she knew what she was doing and it was never unbearable. Just need to trust others' expertise as they're just trying to help, and let them do their job comfortably. The staff and front desk are all very genuine and warm - perfect for dentist dodgers like me. I will continue going back regularly for cleanings.
