Amazing service and treatment. I've been dodging the dentist for so long... but sadly can't run forever. The doctor makes you feel very comfortable, and definitely knows what he's doing. He explained everything to me clearly and made sure I got all that I needed. I also received a cleaning, and the hygienist was amazing - very professional, there was so much work to be done, and so my respect has grown for all dental staff. Even if there was some pain during the cleaning, I knew she knew what she was doing and it was never unbearable. Just need to trust others' expertise as they're just trying to help, and let them do their job comfortably. I've had my children come to this Dental office for about a year now . The staff are so kind at the front desk along with each Dentist My children have met with over the span of a year. My sons now had one year with his Invisalign . We are seeing tremendous improvement . After Noticing how kind the staff is I've now decided to start coming here myself . This place is awesome! I really have a phobia of dentist from past bad experiences. Dr. LIM and his staff are super friendly from the moment you walk in the door. First and last time here. I waited for over an hour to be seen when the office was empty just to be told in 5 minutes that I needed a root canal which they don't even do there. Music was incredibly loud the whole time and customer service non existent. Very disappointing experience. read more

It has been 10 years since being at a dental office. So I did not know what to expect. I initially went for a teeth cleaning knowing it's been forever since I had one. And that's what we did, deep cleaning. From the beginning to end, it went smoothly. Did the x rays, Dr. Lim explained to me what was going on from the x rays and pictures. Him and his assistant was careful and reassure me every time if I was doing okay during the cleaning. And I was! I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. read more

After seeing the doctor for the first time, I was pleased with their clean office and friendly staff. Parking was not a problem, just located right in front of their front door. Dr. Lin and all his staff were amazing and truly cared about my family and I. He was my youngest two childrens first dentist and what I thought would be a nightmare visit ended up being very very pleasant. Unfortunately, we relocated across the country so don't have the privilege of going for our routine check ups but our current pediatric dentist praises Dr. Liz for being so good with our 3 children because they are not afraid of the dentist and make the dentist's work much much easier. I absolutely love this dentist. I had a really bad dental experience back in 2018 which led me to not ever go back for the past 4-5 years. But after experiencing bad TMJ symptoms & the doctors telling me that this is a dentist related issue, I had to build up the courage to face the dentist once again. I'm so glad I found this dental office. Dr. Lim has to be one of the most tentative, caring and genuine dentist out here. You can definitely tell he enjoys what he does & loves seeing his patients happy & healthy. They go very in-depth into your past or any dental issues . They are very into giving you hope when you are terrified of the dentist as I am . However they don't have the insurance as part of the initial online parts so after you lose sleep the nite before and are preparing yourself for mouth needles etc . You then find out that they don't take your medical etc so you will have to pay full price out of pocket and who cares if your a single person on disability. Don't worry tho you will get " sorry our website was misleading " as an answer to now having to restart the process and go back to dentist situations where all my issues come from anyway . Finding an honest dentist is pretty hard, I guess it's like finding an honest mechanic in some ways. I was referred to Dr. Lim by a buddy of mine who had a great experience so I decided to give the office a try. I had an old filling that was causing me issues and needed to be fixed as well as a deep cleaning. Dr. Lim patiently explained everything I needed and didn't pressure me at all to do anything extra. Dr Lim and his staff are truly a godsend! Ever since having some difficult experiences in the past with dentists, it's been hard finding a dentist that trustworthy, professional, friendly as well as gentle, but I think I've found that in Dr Lim. I've been to the office twice now since late last year, once for a basic cleaning and filling and then once for a crown and both times have been phenomenal. He really takes the time to explain everything very calmly and doesn't pressure you into going through with any procedures. His demeanor really put me at ease! His assistants were also really sweet and added to the whole calming experience. The office is in an industrial complex but was easy to find. I'm considering doing invisalign next! Anyways I would highly recommend Dr Lim and I've gotten my family and a few friends to switch over to him already. read more
