I was able to book an appointment to start work within a month. Simon and his crew started on Tuesday and finished Saturday. They probably could have finished earlier but my family was still staying in our house, so they coordinated with us and scheduled which rooms they would do first so that we could still sleep away from the paint smell. From the beginning, Owen was willing to provide a quote upfront, while a competitor refused to quote or wanted to charge $89 just to come take a look. Several handymen and contractors told me my door was basically shot and would need to be replaced. Not true. Owen took one look and knew immediately what the issue was. He repaired everything in about an hour and a half, doing detailed, thorough work--fixing the sliding glass door, track, and handle (which had come loose from how difficult the door was to open and close), and even repairing the adjacent screen door, which we were convinced would also need to be replaced. Friendly, transparent, honest, and fairly priced. I genuinely can't recommend Owen enough--you won't find better service for your patio door needs.
