This review is WAY overdue! Prior to finding Process Green, I was using another processor who held my funds and was charging high fees. I had to spend a bit of time dealing with them and it was a distraction from running my business. When I found Process Green they first addressed the financial aspect and prepared a detailed analysis which really helped educate me on how I was being charged by my old processor. The analysis also showed the same details of how I could get more competitive rates through Process Green. They made sure that the integration with my online gateway worked seamlessly, reviewed the functions of my new services, explained how the transition would take place, and covered all the things that I needed to know to trust that they were setting me up for my benefit as a priority.
