Nobody should waste their time with this shop. they're defrauding insurance companies. Was gonna pay out of my own pocket for damages of an accident i was in they quoted me 1500. i ended up going with my insurance and they tripled the priced and kept coming out of with things that were supposedly wrong. i worked directly with jordan and Ali. after questioning them they would refused to take my calls when my car was in the shop for over a month long. Fast forward to day i called about a month ago because my front running light that they replaced was turning off and on they said it wasn't warranted. which was weird because it wasn't even a year of replacing it and for it to be going out on a omi part. So my husband bought a new light and was gonna have our chevy dealership fix it and while removing the bumper they asked if we had previous work done. i stated "yes" they said the the harness wasn't put on and bolts were missing. There was nothing wrong with my light. It was there improper of not put it in my light with the correct protection that they took off just never put back on. Not to mention they did a reset of my SRS airbag module (Sensing and Diagnostic Module - SDM) which was a load of crap cause it wasn't even a hard impact accident. there way of just collecting more money. and it was done improperly my lights in the inside of my car no longer work other little malfunctions due to them doing this. Ask your insurance to go anywhere but here. Nobody should waste their time with this shop. It feels like they're defrauding insurance companies at the expense of customer's time. Took 3.5 months to get the car back including a month of delays on their part. Just to get the car back and immediately have to pull over bc the radiator wasn't even hooked up. Had to wait an extra 2 hrs on the side of the road waiting for them to fix their mistake. AC never worked again. Said they'd add more refrigerant, but never did. They offered to detail the car after waiting on the side of the road but they just wiped down the dash and steering wheel with armor all wipes, then left the used wipes in the car. I had to drive 1.5 hrs 3 times to pick up and drop off the car. I have never felt so disrespected by someone's service before. Their service is horrible and not worth any amount of money or time. read more

I took it in to get my brake pads changed because the Mercedes Benz dealership was trying to charge me for an arm and leg and this body shop did it for the fraction of that cost! They were so fast, they ordered me Mercedes brake pads, and they made sure to keep me updated and called me when they arrived. And the changed so quick. If you want a headache, go ahead and choose this body shop Your insurance will only pay you 30 days reimbursement for rental. So be prepared to pay out of your pocket after 30 days the vehicle being in the shop Also, be prepared when you call for updates on your vehicle. They will literally hang up on you. Since I was calling for updates on the vehicle because we were frustrated , the persons who we were dealing with (JORDAN) told the receptionist to let us know that he no longer is working there That's the crap we had to deal with. My second time at this auto shop, the first time was when it was Fix Auto. I came to get my rear bumper repaired after a car accident. Like a previous reviewer, my insurance, State Farm, had this auto shop listed. I called and they were responsive and said I could drop my car off on Friday after my work. They close at 5, and I just made it in time. Drop off process was really quick. Albert (Elbert?) is super friendly and understanding. They gave an estimate in a couple days which I saw in my State Farm claim, and they called my husband on Tuesday and left a voicemail stating they will have the parts by Thursday and be able to complete it by Friday. (one week turn around seemed reasonable, my car is about 10 years old so parts for it may not be that easily obtained :P) On Thursday I tried to call them to get an idea of what time the car would be ready so I could plan accordingly to return the Hertz rental, but their line was busy. Fortunately, later Jose called me and said they were putting everything together and my car would be ready Friday morning, sweet! I asked if it would be possible to drop off my Hertz rental at their shop when I picked up my car and they said yes. Awesome! I had a rear view camera that was destroyed during the car accident and asked if they would be able to fix that. They said sure and asked for the camera details. I emailed the link to the camera details and they were able to replace my previous camera with a new one at such a short notice! They also cleaned and washed my car. I'm super pleased with their work and service! Highly recommend! read more

Would I recommend this place to anyone? Probably only to someone I can't stand. Could anything be improved in this place? if it's run by the same people that were there when my car was worked on? Yes, but only if everyone was fired and they hired people that knew what the hell they were doing and knew how to treat customers.. and during the months they had my vehicle not once did I get a call with an update. It was always me having to call them and always a hassle getting somebody on the phone that would give me an answer. i'm sure some of the parts especially the cosmetic ones that were used for my vehicle were cheap because they started coming apart right away even though I took it back a couple of times for them to fix it. At one point I had to talk to some sort of VP named Qazi . He couldn't understand why I was complaining since "the work had warranty and I could take it back" his dismissive demeanor towards me made feel he didn't have much respect for women. Not checking out this place first and actually letting them work on it. Has been one of the biggest mistakes I've made. read more

I had to get two windows replaced and installed, from calling and being able to schedule the drop off, the inspection, waiting for a rental car and delivering the promise for the car being ready on their promised date has made me want to return should I have future repairs. Took my car in for collision repair. Car not ready by the quoted date (3 weeks from the time I brought my car in). The shop did not call or inform me at any time. Kept receiving text messages from the shop that the repair is on scheduled. I am supposed to get my car back today. No one from the shop calls me. I called the shop. The lady told me they had a problem with insurance to approve getting the parts. Why didn't they inform me? I am now out of rental car coverage after 3 weeks. Still don't know when I am going to get my car back. I am very upset!!!! read more

I have never experienced such horrible service until my car was brought to this shop after a collision. Am not only disgusted by my car insurance, Geico, but this shop, whom they have contracted to make repairs. My vehicle was kept for a total of 35 days. They changed the completion day 5 times and expected me to pick up my vehicle without the usage of the changing gear that was damaged in the accident, and according to one of their reps, ""A screwdriver was needed to open the small side box and manually make the gear changes with the screwdriver". After speaking(screaming) to both parties, they just thru fault at one another, never taking accountability for their unprofessional actions, and never once Jordan S. from ProCollison or Nick D. from Geico reached out to me during the 35 days my vehicle was kept to let me know about the situation, but yet expected me to pay the $500 deductible and out of pocket $150 for a rental that they did not want to cover and my insurance the monthly payment on time. I thought the accident would have been the most stressful part, never an insurance company or shop who you pay to resolve issues like this. And, yet, their mission statement reads, " we are in the business of saving LIVES," more like screwing them. So, if you have Geico, good luck if your car ever comes to this specific shop. read more

They exceeded my expectations they made sure to deliver a professional after product. Call you to keep you in the loop through the whole process with updates. Parts were delayed due to the type of car I have. But they were very fast. I was very happy with the results. They make sure to deliver an exceptional job not half assed. Took my car in for repairs, which they fixed but they gave me a runaround of when it was going to be done because of parts that hadn't come in. Took much longer than needed either because they didn't order the correct parts or they just couldn't finish on time. Poor communication skills especially Manny who never had a clue on what was going on. When I finally picked up my car I found out that my car was missing parts that had been there when I took it in. I told Jose about it and said he would order the parts since they could not find them at the shop. It's been 2 weeks now and still haven't gotten the parts that are missing. He said he would call me back with updates since they were taking longer than expected to be delivered or he just never ordered them to begin with. So frustrating!! I feel like they think I wouldn't notice the missing parts(because I'm a female)!! I know a lot about my car. I don't have a super sport just for looks..... read more

An absolute roundabout of an inconvenience. Completely tried to pull out the most inflated amount of money out of my insurance (and me) to do the the skin minimum for my car, and still didn't repair my car all the way. This "certified" dealer gave me an estimation repair of April 23rd (about 28 days from the moment they picked up my car) and gave me an estimated cost of around $3800 to repair from my insurance. I was easy going, I was taken care of by the other person's insurance I had a rental up until at least April 30th. Some time went by and I started to see the price of my vehicle explode from just under 4 grand to an elevated 10 thousand, not all in part of the actual accident. They tried to charge me for tiny scratches on my car that were on the other side of the vehicle that wasn't involved in the accident for $1900, without my consent. My insurance didn't want to cover that and they tried to pursue me with that money. We argued and it was settled that they weren't going to fix that, so my car was ready to be picked up. But that apparently my insurance still owed them more money to the repairs and they weren't going to release it until it was all paid in full. They failed to tell me that as I was already on line with my insurance, and I had to wait another weekend to get my car back. When my insurance sent them the check they had lied to me, they still needed more time to repair my car, it was already the 26th. So I let it go, and waited until they decided to give me a call. I didn't get my car until May 10th, and when I went with permission from my insurance to waive the deductible they still gave me a hard time with picking up my car. Then that was they didn't accept card, ONLY CHECKS. And the worst part of this whole situation, is that THE REPAIR SHOP DIDNT REPAIR MY CAR ALL THE WAY. My driver door side handle is still popped out, there is a national back order for this specific part they don't have, that was a problem earlier (but I gave them consent to just apply the old part and to give me a call when the new part comes in) which they won't do, and will give me a very hard time trying to fix it. I waited nearly 16 extra days for my car, my rental was used up, I didn't have a car for another 2 weeks and I still had to come up with solutions to their problems they had on my car. So no not at all satisfied. Very unprofessional trying to swindle more money from my insurance to elongate extra time keeping my car. read more

Very weird place. My wife had a car accident and State Farm told us to get our car fixed here. But things start to get weird from this point. I called them to make an appointment to drop off the car. The person told me to drop off before Thursday or else State Farm won't cover our car rental expenses during the weekend.(I do have car rental coverage in my insurance plan) Also, they told us that they do not work with Hertz for rental because they have bad services, but isn't that depending on the customer's choice and the insurance's coverage? I called State Farm after that and the agent told me that there are no such things making us start getting our car fixed before the weekend or starting the rental. State Farm would still cover our rental costs whenever we start fixing our car. They also cover car rentals from either enterprise or hertz. The only thing is enterprise has higher costs that would exceed their daily coverage limit. Anyway, this place seems suspicious and dishonest. They gave us false info and directions. Be very careful and do you own research before you decide to use their services! read more
