The tech showed up on time with all the appropriate tools. He was very respectful and friendly. You could tell that he had a ton of experience with various potential hiccups that come up with this type of job and made some really good recommendations about placement etc. He was in and out in about 30 min and everything looks and works amazing. If you need a large TV (or 2) hung the right way, don't want to worry about them falling, damaging your walls, or you are like me and value having someone do something in 30 min that would have taken me all day, several f-bombs and potentially a divorce, definitely call Tech Next Door. Prodigy sent over Ryan B. and he demonstrated that I was dealing with a whole other level of pro. His depth of knowledge, understanding, and willingness to lend a perspective on where I should focus my investment and where I can perhaps save was very helpful. Ryan gave me three bids - high, medium, and low- and explained the pors and cons to each. This is why I went with Prodigy. They were not the cheapest but demonstrated they have a sustainable business too support the technology, service to deliver professionally, and support to give me piece of mind that my investment will be maintained. I want whomever sold to support it and Prodigy feels like they will be around for awhile should I have problems in the future. I highly recommend Prodigy.
