She explained the whole process to me and how they'd clean off the grill and change everything out. She even brought me all of the toppings from the back so it wasn't from the topping bar that was out on the floor. It was her suggestion to get me all new toppings. Cheese, carne asada, salsa, grilled onions, wrapped in a tortilla, then wrapped with crisped bacon, and served with avocado, chipotle cream, and green chile salsa.
