How it works - You get a shaved ice cup from the employee at the window of the food truck, then there are two syrup stations where you can choose your own syrups. As far as I can tell, you can add as much or as many syrups as you want, but the flavors would get muddy. I think you have to add a lot of syrup so the flavor stays strong until the end. I didn't use enough syrup so had to go back to add more from the syrup spigot. Atmosphere - You order from a window in the shaved ice truck. No seating, It is a shaved ice truck. Service - There was one employee. The service here was quick. Order and pay at the window, if needed. Self seating outside only depending on the location. Unique - Shaved ice truck.
