They got a technician (Sean) out to us the very same day. Sean arrived on time and was incredibly kind and respectful throughout the entire inspection. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the bathroom and quickly determined that the issue was not plumbing-related at all. Instead of charging us for a service we didn't need, he told us there was no plumbing issue, recommended we call a restoration company for the water damage, and charged us $0 for the inspection. The office sent over a detailed report of his findings so we could forward it to the restoration team. He went above and beyond to help us figure out the next steps even though he wasn't getting paid for it. I will definitely be calling Sean again for any future plumbing needs. If you want an honest, respectful, and reliable plumber, this is the company to call.

Justin has been our service tech through his previous employer for many years. All the work he's done for us has been excellent and we've never had to call him back to address the same thing twice. Additionally, we've always found the cost of whatever job we've had quoted to be very reasonable on the occasions that we have shopped around. Justin starting his own business coincided with our annual A/C service this year. While he was out today we also had him replace our kitchen faucet and address a couple of problems leftover from a bathroom remodel. Not only was he able to fit us into his schedule quickly, but he was able to address several problems in one trip since he had just enough time before his next call. Our AC is now ready for summer, a new kitchen faucet installed, our toilet reinstalled and I'm finally getting proper hot water out of the shower we had renovated by a different contractor last summer. As always, Justin was great about answering all of my questions and discussing plumbing related things unique to our home that we need to be aware of. He's so good at explaining how things work, I honestly learn something new (and very useful) each time he's out. It's a stretch to say any homeowner looks forward to service calls, but there is something to be said about working with someone with like Justin. He got lost, although he lives on the mountain, was routinely rude to my mom on the phone and in person once he arrived. She's trying her best, and address shows correctly with exact accuracy on Google Maps. He spoke very kindly with me and then was very condescending to my mom. Therefore I cancelled him immediately and she broke down in TEARS to me after he left, talking about how he made her feel belittled and reprimanded her that she "needs to learn how to give directions". The very nice scheduler said they'd put us on a list in case there was a chance to fit us in sooner. Luckily just that thing happened two weeks out. The repair man showed up on time, and was very clean, friendly, and professional. He asked thorough questions and assess the situation fully. He finds have time us we needed a new heater, but he was very honest. He did a couple of tests to be sure and found that we only needed a new thermostat. He answered all of our questions in detail and in ways that we could understand. He offered to install thermostat for free if we ordered through him. Otherwise, he said it was so very simple to do we can do ourselves, and he even showed us how and sent us detailed explanation on how to do it with one we would go buy ourselves.
