As I was waiting in my car for this place to open (refer to my tips) I was pissed off and irritated. Then, I finally decided I should try calling the number to check if anyone was inside. The owner picked up and kindly let me know that he put 8-5 on Yelp because 8:00 is when he started accepting calls for appointments. I, for one, think this just makes things confusing for first-time customers like me. To be honest, if this little situation didn't happen, I would be giving this place 5 stars. The service was great! The owner was so nice and agreed to fix my window without an appointment. In addition to great service, the price I paid was significantly less than what I was quoted by another business in Anaheim. My windshield looks great and you can barely see any signs of the crack! Next time I have windshield problems I will definitely be back and make sure I make an appointment :) read more

I called in before we decided to pull into this establishment b/c the other glass repair spots quoted me $155+ the Guy at this place, didn't catch his name quoted me $140.00 out the door. reasonable price, he also said he had in in stock at the moment. we had lunch then decided to drop by, he then told us he DID have it in stock BUT at the warehouse, and it would arrive in an hour, and if we'd like to wait.. WE declined. waited for him to give us some sort of courtesy call to notify us of the arrival. BUT no call and its been 1.3 hours... so I called and he says.. "Oh yeah its in now" as if he forgot.. So, before we brought the vehicle in, i paid about $45 to get the entire car cleaned from wheel to tow. when the glass was finished, the entire front panel was filthy. with little but multiple tree shrubs, thick dust particles, etc.. it seemed as if it had been left out without a windshield for a few days. not a few minutes. keep in mind this covered the entire front panel. not just a portion of it... but aside from that incident. he did a good job. :::UPDATE:: 4/20/13 Sadly, I had to decrease the Number of stars from 4 stars, down to a 2. This morning, a mere day after the installation.. the Rubber surrounding the windshield had detached completely from the edge and was flapping around like crazy while driving. we were wondering what that sound was.. so we stopped and saw THAT, something we were not Expecting to see AT ALL. We were in the monterey park area at that time and decided to go back immediately and get it fixed, The guy that installed the windshield was MARIO, and the guy I was referring to above was MIKE. We pulled up to find Mario in the process of installing another customer's windshield, my dad (really nice guy, never complains) still gave mario a smile and informed him of the DETACHED RUBBER. Mario looks over and says.. "WOW" moments later he grabs some type of sealer, and begins to seal it and all he could say was.."This hasn't happened to me in a while" HE DID NOT apologize for the inconvenience that was caused whatsoever. Didn't smile. He just sealed it, taped over it and continued on to finish the Acura he was working on before we arrived. I understand we are all HUMANS and we make mistakes, BUT HE COULD have at least APOLOGIZED. That I DIDN'T appreciate. And it would have been $120 if I had gone to the ATM to get cash to pay them, but I was in a big rush! I scheduled my appointment during my lunch break and was nervous about being late, but Mario did a great job of keeping me updated and calm, haha. Great place to go and it's cheaper than the other places I've called. I needed a new front window for my BMW and I first went to the BMW dealership and told me that it will be around $800 for an OEM one. HOLY SHIT !!!! I ain't got that much money so I called that safelite on TV and said that they can have it done at my house for about $400. I said fuck that so I looked around some more and I found this place when I was getting a car wash. Because its right next too a Car wash place. Mike(the owner I think) told me that it was gonna be $185 with everything. I thought it was gonna be some cheap as aftermarket glass, but turns out to be the same one as my old one. I got a call this morning from my dad telling me that his front passenger window got busted in sometime during the night, and anyone with Asian parents getting up there in age, you know this means that their problem is now your problem. Not the kind of thing I want to deal with on my way in to work Monday. As soon as I got to the office, I google "Auto Glass Repair Rowland Heights" and found Professional Auto Glass. After reading all of the positive reviews on Yelp, I decided to give them a call to see what their prices were like and if they were available. Spoke to Mike, who was SUPER friendly, professional, and helpful, got a quote for $175 with labor and installation on an original window for the Toyota Matrix, and was told my dad could bring his car in within the next 30 minutes. Just a mere 45 minutes later, my dad was driving away with a newly installed window, good as new, and all of the broken glass cleaned up in the backseat. I'm still amazed that everything was taken care of so quickly and efficiently, it was only 2 hours from the time I got my dad's call to when the window was fixed. One day I was driving on the freeway and a huge rock pelted my windshield on my 2009 Honda Accord. What started out as a small crack then spread all the way to the top of the hood of my car. By that time, I figured I should replace it ASAP. Only problem is that I've been reluctant to replace the Windshield because of the repair estimate costs I received from other auto glass dealers around my area. I heard about this place from a friend of mine. I read the Yelp reviews and by far they seemed pretty good. So I decided to give this place a try. Keep in mind that I live in the Orange County area. I drove all the way to Walnut just for this place. They haven't let me down! Before I made an appointment I came in on a Saturday to see how much the repair cost would be for my Honda Accord. To my surprise, the shop was quite small. It's run by two people. Mike and Mario. Mike is the business owner of the place and Mario is the technician who actually replaces your auto glass. Mike quoted me $140 for the replacement windshield for my 2009 Honda Accord. (This includes labor) I was very surprised at how cheap it was. Other places I called like Safelite AutoGlass quoted me at least $275 (without labor fees). So this one was a steal. I immediately made an appointment the next week on a Saturday. I came back on Saturday and parked in the shade. Mario told me he just finished another car so he can immediately start working on mine. Mario is really knowledgeable on windshield and window repairs. He told me facts that I would have never known about specific cars. The repair took about 45 - 1 hour. Only because my mom wanted to get a Honda OEM Windshield which ended up costing $250. This was still a steal itself. Maybe next time we'll get the $140 if the windshield breaks again. Make sure to bring cash. And make sure to tip Mario for doing such an amazing job on the car. The day I went to get it replaced the temperature loomed at around 100+ degrees. Needless to say, the customer service is great and the pricing is so good that I'm willing to drive from Orange County Garden Grove area all the way to Walnut, CA. My car looks as good as new. I have to agree with the other Yelpers on here. Great service! $30 to fix the windshield crack as opposed to SafeLite's $100+ quote. It is cash only, and although I walked in knowing that (thanks to other Yelpers!), I relied on Chevron for an extra $20. Their atm was broken so I had to do cashback.. but luckily I already had $10 on me because their cashback limit was only $20 per person. I came back with my berry Skittles and chilled at the bench while we waited for the sealant to dry. I never got his name but the guy was pretty friendly and let me know what was going on with the process. Then when it finished, I actually asked him where the crack was because I couldn't find it for the first 30 seconds of looking at my windshield. It was gorgeous! Obviously the scar is still there, but it is a miniscule dot on the windshield when I'm driving--less noticeable than bird droppings. I am very happy with the service. My car's windshield got hit by a rock while driving on 57 yesterday. Had a friend took a look at it and he referred me to this place and told me it can be fixed by Mike under 25$. I came to the workshop earlier today (no appointment made in advance) and Mike fixed it for 10$ and within 15 minutes! I thought it was a crack but Mike said it was only a scratch and he tried his best to make the scratch look a lot better. I have no complaints at all, they delivered as promise. I'd give them my rare five stars if it were a bigger job, but I only had a "rock chip" repair done. My only suggestion is to call them before hand, as they might be out on a call. Once upon a time a brave knight(me) had his car window broken and had to have it replaced. He ventured on an epic quest to find the best repair for a reasonable price. After calling Toyota, he was informed that repairs to his mighty steed would cost $590. When a fair maiden referred him to a guy named Mike, who owned Professional Auto Glass, he was delighted to find that he could have the same official window replaced for $170. I called All Star Glass first for a windshield replacement: $227 (that was with a 10% +$20 AAA discount). Called Professional Auto Glass: $140. Read reviews here and decided to take it in. There was only one guy at the shop, he started right away on the glass without even taking my info down, which I thought was odd, because I told him I was going to go get something to eat. He should have taken my cell phone number in case he needed to get a hold of me. The guy seemed kind of impatient and dismissive with some of my questions, since I wasn't sure what trim pieces were included in the replacement. Came back 30 minutes later, he was almost done, afterwards he wrote me up for the bill, it was actually $150 including taxes, which is no big deal, but I wold have preferred to know the full amount ahead of time. I had to ask him how long I should wait before removing the blue tape on the windshield; that's something he should have told me first, as last time I got my windshield replaced, they said that it was important to wait X hours before taking the tape off or washing the car. Overall, good price and value. It's been a week and one rain storm and no problems. But kind of unprofessional, maybe the other employees are better. read more

Was driving home on Wednesday and pop! I didn't see it coming but next thing I know, I have golf ball size crack on my windshield. Next morning, I jumped on Yelp to research reviews. I called one windshield repair shop that did not answer my calls so my second call was Professional Auto Glass. So I get a hold of Mike on the second ring, told him the damage and was able to set up my appointment the same day Thursday. For some reason I didn't bother asking him a quote, I just went off the reviews, seemed like an honest and detail oriented guy I decided to go with it. So I drive down, nice little area with a few other auto detailing shops, tint shop, auto repair everything. I pull up, and Mario his employee had me pull under the shade and went to work right away. These guys are cool and down to earth. They chat with you while they work on your car and there is a bench seating where you can just sit and watch the whole time. All in all, it took about an hour but with all the conversation we had, it could've been sooner. For the record, my estimate was $185 for my 08' BMW 528i. I was shocked at how inexpensive it was since they had to replace my rain sensor and of course with the name BMW, prices seem to skyrocket! Just left this place an hour ago, they do good work. I came here for the first time last September due to a crack on my windshield. They replaced it in 30-45mins. I was quoted $135 for non-sensored. 3 days ago, my rearview mirror came loose and it was just dangling there shaking all crazy when I have to make turns. I went straight to these guys and Mark tried to fix it. He applied glue to it and asked me to return the next day. On the 2nd day, the glue wasn't working and the mirror wouldn't stay up. I was told he would have to replace the windshield. Well 3 days later I ended up with a brand new windshield courtesy of these guys. It's been awhile since my first review, and slowly I've been noticing the crack they repaired is spreading. I live in Las Vegas now so I just took it into another shop to have it repaired. They said the previous shop didn't keep it on the original crack long enough. Update: I just spoke with Mark and he honored their lifetime warranty (which I'll be honest, I didn't know they had) and that really says a lot for the operations. My crack may have spread due to a number of factors (heat, time, or purely bad luck) but it's awesome to see a business stand by their word/work. You don't find that everyday! read more

It's not the establishment that makes the stars. It's the workmanship and in this case, it's the owner, Mike. Cool guy. Dude knows his stuff. He also goes above and beyond to help customers happy and satisfied. Got my windshield replaced back in December 2012. I came back to ask him about the problem I had with the window washer spray - which stopped working since, and I didn't actually catch it until now (! .... yeah, goes to tell you I hardly use those wipers :p ) I called them and was wondering if something went wrong during the installation. Mike just told me to swing by that same afternoon. He looked at it and apparently there was a broken connector near the hinge of the hood. We didn't know if it was caused during the installation or from something else, regardless, Mike just started working on it. And in the heat of the afternoon, I might add. 30 minutes later, the broken section was mended. The window washer spray works again. He didn't ask for any payment and just looked satisfied and told me "Done!" Was I happy? Ecstatic! You see, little things like these is what makes people happy. Happy people = repeat customer. While hopefully I won't have a broken windshield in the near future, I will gladly recommend this place to anyone. read more

I got a crack about the size of a dime on my windshield. I immediately put some clear tape across it to prevent dust from getting in. I found this place through yelp and decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did! Mike, the owner, helped me out. It took about 15 minutes and there is still a little blemish, but I had realistic expectations. From outside, it looks like there's two small specks of dirt or dead bug, but you can see a small fracture line from inside the window. But, all in all, not bad, considering the VERY reasonable price and very honest owner! (He quoted me $30 originally, but he had limited change, so he gave it to me only $20! This place is CASH ONLY!) The only complaint I have about this place is that it was really hard to find! It's kind of behind the Chevron gas station/ car wash so it took me a while to find it. FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!! an auto shop that DOESNT rip you off. My passenger side window and my right vent window got busted last wednesday night ..since I had a full schedule week my sister saved me time and money by calling professional auto glass after reading all the great reviews on yelp. Mike was super nice and friendly, gave her the quote and even told her to call around to compare prices and give him a call back if shes still interested. Talk about someone who is in the auto repair business and NOT pushy..i was so shocked he said that. She ended up calling 8 places....and an hour and a half later, called Mike back at professional auto glass and made an appt for me that Saturday afternoon at 3pm. Usual business hours, they close at 3 or 4 on saturdays, but Mike was nice enough to still see me at that time. Mario - the super friendly window repair gentleman was down to earth, made me feel comfortable and was a fast and efficient worker! Tipped him $10 for a job well done. Both windows were done in about 1 hour and 45 minutes, and Mike even gave me a couple mangos to take home..all I can say is..this place HOOKS YOU UP. dont look anywhere else.. I called a couple of places before this one, since it is about 1/2 hour drive from me and I was hoping for something closer. However, they quoted me a price that was $80 less than the other lowest quote I got, and that was with labor, which the next lowest priced place didn't include in their quote. The other places also did not have the glass for my car (2000 Jetta) in stock. Professional Auto Glass had an opening that day, an hour from the time I called, so I seized the opportunity. My windshield was replaced in about an hour, the guys who worked on it were friendly, the glass seems legit, and I'm thrilled. Totally worth the trip. As a side note, it really annoys me when I call someplace that has anything to do with fixing cars and they talk to me like I'm a child or an idiot, assuming I know nothing about my car, because I'm a girl. Yelpers did it again. Needed 2 windshields replaced -- one an insurance job, one out of pocket. Mike came up with a great price for both and did great work in a clean and efficient manner and had fun talking to him while he worked. Was going to use All-Star Glass based on insurance company recommendation, but after reading marginal reviews did more digging and found this place -- nothing fancy and a very modest shop, he's just 40-50% less than the others and with great reviews/work. No mobile service, but so what -- all you have to do is take the short drive up to see him and bring cash -- an hour later you have a nice new windshield and you are on your way! A couple of weeks ago I was an idiot and backed my car into a parking spot at the gym that had a small vent jutting out from the wall. After my rear window shattered into thousands of tiny little pieces I saw a tiny sign with the paint half chipped off that read "DO NOT REVERSE IN." Instantly in a bad mood of my own stupidity and carelessness, I quickly searched for places that would replace my broken window fast and found Professional Auto Glass online. First thing in the morning the following day, I talked to Mike, whom I assume is the owner, and he was very friendly and professional. He even called me when I was 10 minutes late just to make sure I didn't get lost, since their shop was a little difficult to see from the main road. Within an hour's time, my window was fixed. One thing to keep in mind...they are no longer off Fairway/Valley in Walnut. They're now off Nogales and Francesca, next to Alamo Car Wash. On Yelp, their new home is called Pro Auto Glass. Though the service was excellent, the reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because they are slightly pricier than other nearby glass repair places I found online. It cost me $315 out the door for my new window, when other places were only charging $225, (I guess no shoe shopping for me this month) but with that said...they did a good job in such a short time so I'd still come back to them if I ever have another bonehead accident. read more

Got it repaired elsewhere and it continued to crack so I didn't want to chance another repair. Got great service from Mark from first call to driving out of the lot.
