They came to look at the scope of the work and I had high hopes that they would do a good job. They gave me two verbal quotes and when they arrived to do the work they were not clear about what was included in either quote. I thought we had come to an agreement and then when they finished the job it turns out that it did not include what we agreed on. I was not happy, I overpaid for the job they did. After explaining what I needed to have done, they made quick work for removing old sod near the back of the. house, clearing enough that I can move forward with my project. Not very reliable. Poor communication. No showed twice for initial appointment to estimate work. Once work was scheduled, they rescheduled twice then their equipment broke and had to reschedule again. Once they came back out to finish work, it was "more" work than they thought and had to reschedule again to come back which took 2 weeks. When they came back, they said this was more work than what was quoted even though the scope never changed. We essentially settled on what needed to be finished. I am still left with quite a bit of work to be done. Will not be using them again. read more

The attached picture is after my first service. The edging after my first service was awful. It was extremely embarrassing after having it professionally done. I was told they'd do the edging right during the second service and it looked the exact same. I requested my service to take place every two weeks and paid ahead for my first two services. My second service took place a week after the first. When I questions them, she tried to say they had been there two weeks ago. Then after checking her phone and realizing it was only a week prior her only explanation was that we were in a pandemic.. which I completely understand. But I was very upset that she didn't just give me the option to reschedule when they were able to. Instead I wake up to them servicing my yard without prior notice. She was also extremely unprofessional while questions when they had services lasted. I had to tell her multiple times they had been there a week prior. I requested to speak to someone different and was instructed she'd reach out to the owner. It's been a week and I never heard from anyone. If the work would've been done right I would've been a long term customer. read more

I had about 24 square feet of bamboo that needed to be removed in the backyard and Professional Brothers did an amazing job. I had spent a long time trying to do it myself and got almost nowhere, but they came and finished the job in no time. They did a great job with building 2 flower beds. They were efficient and very knowledgeable about what they are doing!

Within 24 hours of reaching out to them we had received an affordable quote and we came home to a beautiful yard! They mowed the lawn, got rid of all the weeds and tree debris, etc. Our yard hasn't looked this good since we moved in. Looking forward to having them come twice a month to maintain it.
