Initially no issues but then about a week ago when I dropped off my clothing which complied of expensive Robert Grahm shirts and other expensive items that were left on one of the RG shirts a pair of cufflinks monte Blanc they supposedly went missing. The concerning part is I recalled that I left the cuffling on one of the shirts and called the cleaners the same day to go check which I was told by one of there employees that they found the cuffling and it would be set aside. I was relieved and told them I would pick them up in couple of days when I picked up the rest of the clothing. When I went there couple days later to pick up my clothing I asked for the cufflings and they acting like they had no clue what I was talking about. I then looked for the shirt I had the cufflings on and the shirt was missing. I obviously was very upset and started questioning the employees, there attitudes immediately changes and were very worried at this point. Saying it's not our concern, I demanded to speak to the owner and they put me on the phone with the owner who in turn was nothing but rude. At this point I decided to call sandy springs police and when they arrived the owner arrived as well and charged at me like a maniac, screaming at me to get off his property. I filed a report with sandy springs PD and the owner filed trespassing which SPPD said you cant come back to this property as the owner is giving you notice. How the hell this got turned around is beyond me by police officer said the owner said it and they just are telling me and wasent that I was in trouble but if I came back would be, HUH lol So the next day the owner called me apologizing but said he needed a week to see if it turns up, I said that's fine and gave him the week, I also recorded the call as I knew now this guy lies. He called me at the end of the week as he said he would and started negotiating, lol yes not kidding, says I will buy the cufflings if you eat the price of the shirt. I said what? I asked if he was joking and he said I am trying to be reasonable. Even worst he started changing his tune from apologizing the week prior to now basically accusing me of lying with out admitting to it or actually saying that but sure made me feel like it. PEOPLE I recommend hightly if you are taking cloths worth any more then 100 bucks DONT do it they cant be trusted and customer service is horrible. HONESTLY they are not honorable I wouldn't take my underwear to have them wash it that's how bad they made me feel. I plan ON pursing legal and media means to let people know what a big crook the owner and his staff are and that this business can't be trusted. Extremely disgusted and disappointed. *review is based on reply to AI find-a-business conversation only*…read more TL;DR: weren't able to do a simple alteration (due to a quality that i noted in the AI chat message sent over to them) that another business had no problem with, BUT they were quick to reply and told me no without having me come in im not sure how simple of alterations they do, but it seems to be simpler than the surrounding businesses' usual. i was requesting a simple side take-in of a polyester dress with mesh overlay (notated in the AI message sent out), but they were unable to do it. for background, i am an intermediate-level DIY seamstress, with a grandmother who runs a sewing/alterations store (a state away which is why i reached out to businesses here). this is a pretty simple alteration, so i was surprised when they said they could not do it. i drove to the closest alterations place that was open, and they had no problem with the dress fabric regarding the take in (i showed the dress before i bothered trying it on to make sure) i am attaching the details yelp provided to the business as well as the conversation. the only additional thing i added to the AI was the part of the side seams with zipper in the back, maybe altering cups (after i responded to them saying that, for the other businesses to see that information) im not sure if this is a review more so on the business or AI feature. i will say- they were quick to reply and did tell me no, rather than having me come in and telling me no or potentially messing up the dress.
