Took brand new, tags on pants for cleaning prior to a work function. Pants came back with what the mgr explained as 'dry cleaning fluid' looking water marks all over the legs. They cleaned two more times, the last round adding more stains than removed - now my Brand NEW pants are ruined. They won't pay for my $200 pants, only offered $45 bucks - NEVERMIND! Keep your paltry $45. I am NEVER GOING BACK. Nice people, generally speaking. But this was a HORRIBLE offense and they offered no reasonable resolution! read more

Great prices. I typically take my dry clean only items that I've worn a few times that have no stains. I have to pre treat my collared shirts on the neckline and wash them before bringing to this cleaners. I have not found a great alternative. Other cleaners in the area offer the same service but much higher prices. I wish they had a press only service. read more

These places usually get bad reviews for customer service reasons but I can't say that I've had a bad experience with them. The guy at the counter was polite so no complaints from me. He even made a suggestion about NOT dry cleaning this one dress I had because of the faux leather trim. Most of these discounted dry cleaners would just take the item with no disclaimer so I appreciated his suggestion. Knowing that, I probably wouldn't dry clean something that is extremely delicate or precious here, based on his suggestion. Other than that, the 1st load of clothes that I dropped off came back clean and pressed just fine. I can't see myself spending $5-$11 per piece of clothing since I'm accustomed to the $1.99 dry cleaners up north that used to dry clean my clothes just fine. I used to work at a dry cleaners in my teenage years, thus, I know there is no significant difference in how clothes are dry cleaned unless the chemicals used are of a higher quality and have fewer toxins (which is usually advertised at some of the organic dry cleaners, justifying a higher price). Took my jacket here to be cleaned. When I received the jacket back it had a large rip in the back as you can see in the photos. Owner response is that the jacket was old but there was nothing wrong with jacket when I brought it in. I had to get a lawyer so that I could receive some of my money to purchase a new one. Owner even tried to charge the normal dry cleaning fees for the damaged jacket before I obtained a lawyer. So he basically wanted me to pay him for damaging my jacket. Ridiculous!!! read more

I give this cleaners a one star although the shirt pressing is exceptional they do not starch pants Which is a requirement for me this is the first cleaners in the world that do not put starch in khakis and jeans and finally no one at the cleanest told me this into after I paid the money to have them starched. Not the friendliest staff but they are convenient. Went there today and I guess I didn't hand over my dry cleaning slip fast enough because the guy got rather impatient. To their credit, the young man with the longer hair is usually professional, friendly and polite. I'm not expecting champagne and caviar but a customary hello and thank you would make it less of a negative energy experience going in. Hope I can find another dry cleaner soon. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR ITEMS HERE. Not sure if they are under new management or not. However, the quality of service has decreased but the cost has increased. I got a jumpsuit dry cleaned and it was still wrinkled. As well as my coat which still has lint on it. They also agreed to add a button and didn't.I made the manager Jason aware and he said it was nothing more he could do. I asked for a refund he denied me a return. We all make mistakes so that's not the big deal it's how we choose to fix it. They did a piss poor job and didn't care to fix it. They lost my down comforter and tried to give me someone else's cotton one. After digging through a bunch of other people's items and not being able to find mine, the manager said they would get back to me. After weeks of back and forth, they stopped returning my calls. When I would go in to get the status, the manager was " not in". I was not given the replacement value for my comforter. They didn't even refund the money I paid to have my comforter cleaned. I have finally given up at this place. I have repeatedly told them about my clothes having a smell. It sucks being in a meeting with a client and you smell faint smell of throw up and noticed that smell is coming off you. DO NOT GO HERE. Thieves and Liars. We brought a large number of items for cleaning which contained a pair of pants that I specifically needed. I picked them up and when I got home and went through everything realized the pants weren't there. I called the following morning and spoke with an employee and said I was missing a pair of pants. His response: are they gray? We had a pair mislabeled. I said Yes I'll be by this afternoon to get them. Thanks! I showed up at 2pm. That employee was at lunch and wouldn't be back until 5pm and the ladies at the front knew nothing about it. I left my number for a call back. Never got one. Called again on Monday. No answer. Called again on Tuesday to be told I needed to speak with the owner who was on vacation until the following Monday. I called on Monday 4 times until someone answered. Spoke with the manager that said his "system" didn't show a missing pant. I explained that his employee told me they had them and even what color they were and that they had been mislabeled. I was upset. He was rude. He promised me that he would speak with the employee and call me the following day. Two weeks later... still no call back. My husband went in and spoke with him. He still would take no responsibility or provide an explanation as to why his employee seemed to have them and they they disappeared. The only explanation is that an employee stole them and the owner refuses to acknowledge that his system may sometimes be incorrect. On numerous occasions I've had to bring my items back because they were still dirty. While I do love the price I feel like my clothes aren't really getting cleaned. And they never are apologetic. their dry cleaning is okay, but their shirt laundry is horrible. With every trip I find broken buttons and they don't repair them unless you bring them back. I've never had so many shirt buttons damaged by a cleaner. When I've brought this to their attention they claim I am the only customer with this problem. I don't believe that for a second! Great dry cleaners, I've been a customer since 2017, and I have not had any issues with them. Only thing they're missing is to do alterations. Here it goes,,, I've been doing my dry cleaning here for some time and never really paid attention to the clothes after it was supposedly cleaned. Until recently when I started noticing that my clothes smelled weird.... I told a friend who also did his clothes here and he told me that he changed dry cleaners because he felt like his clothes were not being cleaned just pressed and that they smelled bad when picked up.... Today 06/27/2016 I took some pants that were dirty. Since I dropped them off before 9am I was able to pickup after 5pm which Is what did... the clothes smelled horrible and were dirty, I assume that they were just pressed.....I will never come back to those establishment! !! 0 star!!!! read more

They didn't clean my jacket they just pressed it. The stain I had on the arm of the jacket is still there.

Finally , I found a dry cleaners that actually know what they are doing . Also it's closest to me which is a plus . I've been coming here for about 2 months now & they have not messed up on anything . My clothes come out great . The employees are great , the customer services is great . Everything about this place is fabulous . Once you get in , they ask you to fill out a new customer card to make a profile for you . Then they tell you they are a pre paid service . Then they tell you all about them . They are open Monday through Saturday from 7am to 7pm . Each garment is $1.99 , men suit shirts are $1.69 which is perfect . You may pick your own starch . Either light , medium , heavy or none at all . You may also have your pants laundered but it's $3.99 . Clothes are usually done the next day after 5 . Unless you bring your clothes in BEFORE 9am . It will be ready by 5 the same day . One thing I do recommend is telling them that you are aware of any holes in your clothes and authorize for them to do it . Other wise they won't do it because they don't wanna damage it more . They don't do wedding dresses or alterations . They do comforters for &19.99 . It takes up to 3 days to receive it . Also don't take any clothes that are black and white . Unless it says "machine wash cold" on the little ticket inside . Then it's okay . But if it says dry clean then they won't take it . They say their machine only has one cycle & it's too hot . So the black could run into the white . They cannot modify the machine and they say it's best to take it to another dry cleaners to put it in a gentle cycle . Another thing is , they put crease on ALL pants . So if you don't want crease , then make sure you tell them you do not want crease on your pants. That's all I remember . But seriously they are extremely good and everyone is friendly . read more
