In a perfect world, we'd all prefer to have everything boxed up in a organized fashion and make a clear path for the movers to come sweep in and carefully take everything away quick. However, it's never like that. My biggest concern was the quantity of items needing to be moved and the maze of bags/boxes the movers would have to navigate through. Thankfully, Timothy and his co-moved came in with friendly smiles and immediately got to work. The loading process was quick and organized. They took the extra time to wrap up and secure furniture doors etc. and they also finished sealing off a number of half empty/ or overflowing boxes they we weren't able to get to. I was extremely impressed with the care they took in packing the truck and carefully unloading all my mother's belonging and without a break too! I scrolled through a number of moving companies websites, but Wall2Wall's was simple easy to navigate. I made the call, booked the service, and he followed up with me a day in advance to ensure everything was good to go. We had three of our own men bringing them the items from the house. One of the workers was high, they didn't follow our instructions about stuff that was not to be loaded on the truck. No care was put into protecting the items/furniture. We had plenty of pads and tie down straps that weren't used. Because of how the truck was loaded many things were broke by the time we got to our destination.

After reaching out to a few smaller companies via yelp, we decided to go with Preaux Movers. They responded quickly through yelp with a quote and the pricing seemed very fair and reasonable. Bernie was very polite and respectful of our stuff and the wood floors in our new home. He picked up the furniture instead of sliding it when positioning it and it looked like the truck was packed extremely securely when I peeked in. Ultimately, I was very happy and will definitely use them again if we have to move again.
