Do these look like they are freshly done to you?? I was shocked. Soon they sat me down, no soaking of nails to clean the surface and cuticles however started buffing off my nails with DREMEL then they just grabbed the nail files that were right out of this guy's nail work bench that has been used bunch of times, it was worn out. I was like.. "is that even sanitary...?are all the other tools sanitary??" Then without any proper cleaning nor sanitizing the surface of my nails he jumped right on to powder dip. My finger was so dusty and rough with uncleaned cuticles. So I asked to clean up my cuticle a bit more and the respond was "oh I don't do that, it's not good". I insist, and he just grabbed the pusher tool and PUSHED the cuticles down and never clipped my cuticles nor cut them up to clean up. common...! What kinda nail salon is this..? Look close to the pictures.. The edges of my nails are not clean at all, I cannot believe I paid for this.. If you are so bored on the island and want to spend + $40, go ahead, I am never going back. Update: wow, so first day I was super impressed with my nails. That lasted a whole 48 hours . 2 of my nails chipped 2 days later I returned and had them redone and fixed, free of charge. The following day 2 different nails chipped. I returned and they were fixed, free of charge. I do have to say customer service was still good, they were understanding. However, Now with practically half of my nails redone I was feeling optimistic that the rest would last 2 weeks, as known with powder dip nails. NOPE. Another nail chipped today and I don't have the time nor energy to return to have another finger fixed. I paid $70 my services with tip and my manicure didn't even last a week. I'm guessing they have old product that is not quality. I'm beyond upset and irritated but heading back home to Jersey tomorrow so nothing can be done. At least I know for the future I will not be returning sadly. read more

Alright, I too wish I'd read the reviews before coming in. Originally I entered just to scope out prices but I opted in for a quick pedi Normally- I spurge especially on pedicures, because well- MASSAGE me PLEASE! Lol, but after I took a look at the reviews, I opted out of the deluxe.. Which was probably smart because the nice older woman giving me a pedicure wasn't the best at massages. So.. There goes two stars. For lack of massage. Because really- I can paint my own toes. Let's talk about the massage chair for a second... I don't know about you, but I'm not a fan to begin with, really. I'm ESPECIALLY not a fan of broken ones that stop in the middle of your back, makes it kinda hard to sit, yanno? Third one in. Don't sit there. Now like I said.. I can paint my own toes. But I've found I really shouldn't because, to be honest- I'm terrible at it. Unfortunately for me, so was this woman. Now I'm not sure whether my webbed toes ( see picture ) threw her off.. or what. Worst pedicure I have ever had. Nails cut crooked. Cuticles never pushed back or trimmed. Polish on toes. Soles of my feet were never scrubbed or exfoliated. I would never reccomend this place to anyone. read more

I went to this nail shop on May 30, 2019. Prior to coming here I haven't gotten my nails done in 3 months. My friend and I decided to try this place I wanted to see who we where recommending people to. So we tried it out. I asked for my nail shape to be coffin, I got something else uneven and sad, I asked for diamonds she but these random diamonds on my nails and when I said I didn't like it she pealed them off (and had the nerve to try and re apply more diamonds ) and not fix the holes the where the diamonds where pealed off. And get this my fingers started bleeding from the man cutting my cuticles and going to fast with the drill. I couldn't close my hands without tearing up from how bad my hands hurt. I had for the service before it was done. Charged me $50 and I tipped so $60 and my friend another $50 my friend told them to stop in the middle of them applying the acrylic onto her nails. So they took off $20 from her bill. Complete mess. I told her I wanted a refund I'm going else where she said no you should let us fix it. I don't want anyone near my hands that's making it bleed the way that they had my fingers bleeding. Never again. I'm a manager for the new resort I WILL NOT RECOMMEND anyone.I went to Walmart in fort pierce and it cost me $100 to get my nails taken off and fixed. It was worth it. So here's the thing about the service industry: service! It is expected by me anyway, that when going to get my hair, nails or whatever done, that I'll be treated as a guest & not an inconvenience. Here the guys were so nice & did turn on some relaxing music 1/2 way through. But the woman was a nervous wreck. She took all sense of relaxing away from the experience. I paid $45 for a pedicure. I had intended on getting gel acrylics done as well but they forgot & I didn't remind them either. I couldn't wait to leave! The massage part of the chair (closest to the door) doesn't work... fyi. Most places I've been all around the country treat you to a relaxing time, have at least 1 TV to watch (even if just subtitles) & many nowadays have huge aquariums to look at. This one has a decent wall mural...that's it. Nervous Nelly was type A, in everyone's business, constantly looking at the door & getting up & down without actually performing any tasks. It was awkward to watch. Note to self: look at photos of the inside before going in. read more

Very disappointed in my experience at this nail salon. I had a pedicure and manicure, and both were completed in less than 40 minutes. A rush job, done with tools that I highly doubt were clean. The technician grabbed a cuticle nipper that was sitting out on a table. When asked if it was clean, she said "oh", and then squirted some alcohol on it. The nail file used on my feet was then used, without being cleaned, on the person next to me. I will definitely not be back to this place, and would warn others about the cleanliness of it. read more

This place was hell, I went in only for a color change and explained that I had a appointment and needed to be quick. 30 minutes tops is the usual for a change at my local nail salon if not busy. The lady took so long and even trimmed my nail after I told her I didn't want that. Long story short, she wanted to charge me $30 for a change of color gel polish on my toes and a take off color on my hands. Last but not lest she kept changing prices when I said that was a full price for a petty and she didn't give me one and originally I wanted color on my hands and feet. The website reviews were VERY generous, giving 4 and 5 stars. They must have caught them on a good day. My pedicure was ok, not great. My friend had a pedicure that was terrible. He had to keep telling them to cut his nails shorter, so the operator had to keep going back. Don't know if her eyesight was poor, but in the process, caused two toes to bleed! She kept dabbing the blood with a paper towel. I had to ask for an antibiotic ointment to be applied. They applied some liquid, don't know what it was. Take the risk if you want, but we won't be back. read more

Worst gel manicure I've ever seen. I went to stay with my parents who live in the area. Professional nails is next to my parents complex. My mother warned me to try another place. I told her it's just a gel manicure. How bad could it be? First of all didn't see a single license hanging up. Second the older gentleman that did my nails used the drill oN my natural nail which HURT. Then there was the paint job. Aside from the polish all over my cuticles, the polish was bumpy and not smooth. He completely for about putting top coat on my left thumb and the side of my nails have no polish on them. If you're going to have the entire family working for you, please make sure they're licensed and know what they're doing. The woman in charge saw what an awful job and she gave me a discount but what a waste of time aNd money. Can't wait to get back home to get a decent manicure. This looks horrible.
