Paid for snakes over and over, still had the problem. A different plumber suggested hydrojet but wanted to charge me an arm and a leg, thousands, but with a convenient payment plan. Yeah right. I researched, found Cutler Bay, and went with them. It cost me 1/5 of the quote from the other plumber and Cutler Bay did it expertly. I've tried a few plumbers over the past 20 years. No comparison. I called and explained my situation . John sent his first crew and they did a video search from the roof. I was quoted to do the trenchless linning on all my pipes from the roof vents. but since the leak was localized, a section of the vent for pipe linning was a possibility. all this was explained prior to working. I agreed and the job was done and paid. 2 days later the same leak appeared. I called again and scheduled (Saturday 8:30am) to fix a waste arm that connects the kitchen drain to the vent ( the vent is what the trenchless lining was done on prior.) Saturday came and with that the appointed time came and went. it was a no call no show. I called and left a text message . I get a call back later in the day telling me that the tech got strip throat. ok no problem (I'm thinking why didnt i just get a call and let me know) Anyway, lets schedule for next saturday. I am easy. John says ok. I text the company on friday (the day prior) to confirm for saturday. I get a text back from john later in the day to confirm they are definetly coming the next day. Saturday comes, the appointed time comes and goes ( 8:30am. )I call at 9:30am no call back or text. 10am ,I call all their numbers that are on the website and leave a voice mail and text saying If they can not make it to just call or text back. no call no text it was not until 12:30 pm I get a call from one of the companies techs and he couldnt make it until the evening if that. by that time I had already found another company . I had explained my situation to the other company (mind you,its been 3 weeks I've been washing my dishes in the bathroom. ) They sent someone within an hour and started working immediatly. Like another comment I read about this company the lack of communication is a really bad . 3 stars because the two crews that came on video inspection day and work day were good . both groups answered all my questions and explained the process to me. In the end I paid $3000 with this company and my situation was not solved by them. Communication with your client so that he doesnt waste a day waiting would have made the difference. Clients have busy lives too.
