The other installer called out sick the day of installation so I called Kevin immediately. He came out the same day to show me samples of the out of stock film and another film that is in stock but it's more expensive. Kevin offered to do the job with the more expensive film at the same cost of the cheaper not in stock film. He came out the next day on a Saturday to install the film. The outcome is stunning. A perfectly done job with no flaws. Kevin is the best. I just can't think of another business that has offered me the same level of exceptional advice, service and professionalism.

We had Ben come look at the work, and I felt like he was up front and honest from when he first walked through the door. He was incredibly knowledgeable, explained what was going on and made a few recommendations (fixing the affected windows or replacing everything). We had a mix of tinting and privacy film. The quoting process was excellent. Maria was super responsive over email, the actual quote broke down the costs by task (removing the old film, new film install by window and materials), so it was easy to understand and trust. Ben turned out to be our installer too, and I'll say this: I generally have anxiety with contractors in our home messing up our finishes, not respecting our property and creating problems. Ben was tremendous. I work from home, and he worked around my schedule easily. He was incredibly quiet, clean and tidy. He communicated clearly on scheduling and was on time. He's a really nice guy (I really enjoyed talking to him about his favorite projects and learned a bunch). And he does exceptional work: the windows look amazing. I originally received an estimate from Dave and he arrived as scheduled and quoted accordingly. I spent a few weeks mulling it over and even though he took the time to come out and quote, he never once pressured me to proceed with the order. For reference, security film on 4 windows and a privacy screen on a floor 2 window was quoted at $4k. After a few weeks, I ended up requesting just get the one privacy screen installed ($600) and I was pleasantly surprised they were willing to accommodate such a small job. Originally, I thought that it would be a decorated frosted covering, but it's actually a fully opaque privacy film with no frills. I'm no longer able to see any movement outside of that window and it reduced sunlight entering our house by about 50%. This ended up being perfect for us since the entire reason I wanted to get this covered was because our dog would bark at this every single night when he saw movement or lights from outside. It's been 4 years of this and I wish I got this done sooner! The installer (I believe his name is Hugo) called letting me know he'd be late which I appreciated the notice. He was so friendly and did is awesome job. The sizing and alignment was perfect which I'm happy about. I did a similar window I was able to reach myself and it looked terrible. He arrived with the vendor representative and was expedient to complete the install. After one month, there were some bubbles that still had not evaporated from the installation and Chris returned to attempt to fix them. After another month, I informed Chris that the bubbles were still present. He assured me that under his warranty, he would replace the three panels that required replacing but needed to wait for another window film order. Month after month, I checked in with him. Responses were slow, and now after 9 months I have given up. One star for not fulfilling on his warranty promises.

Original review: Extremely unprofessional, doesnt read, and dishonest pricing. I wouldn't write this if I didn't already do my homework and research. Final price was 2x from what he originally quoted me (he claimed to be a mistake price) I was extremely clear with my job because someone who's professional enough came out and measured so I knew the exact sqft. So I knew what a professional job would cost. When I called him out towards the end regarding his pricing, he started to accusing me at me for things that's completely unrelated to the job. He gave me three prices in total. Each higher than the previous one. He said he made a mistake on pricing on the first one which I thought it was good deal. Clearly he didn't read my message thoroughly. Then gave me second / higher price which I thought was still a good price (mistake price again!!!)
