I had my first manicure and pedicure in about three years, and honestly, I was a little embarrassed walking in--but Lisa immediately made me feel comfortable and totally at ease. No judgment at all, just great energy and professionalism from the start. She did an amazing job. My nails look super clean, and my hands and feet feel unbelievably soft. Before coming in, my feet were actually hurting from how dry they were, and now walking around feels like I upgraded to a luxury version of feet--seriously, it's a night-and-day difference. Also, the chairs deserve a shoutout--they give a surprisingly good massage. Between that and how far they recline, I was about five minutes away from falling asleep. Super relaxing experience overall. My girlfriend came with me and had a great experience as well. She loved both her manicure and pedicure, and everything felt relaxing and well taken care of. I wasn't originally planning to leave a review, but my experience left me disappointed enough that I felt it was important to share. I was unhappy with the gel cat-eye manicure and pedicure service I received. When I expressed my concerns, the technician began speaking about me to her coworkers in their native language, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. During the appointment, it appeared that the technician was watching a YouTube tutorial to learn how to create the heart design that was being advertised. Rather than being upfront about her lack of experience with the design or the gel cat-eye technique, she attempted it multiple times without success. Instead of removing the polish and starting over when issues occurred, she continued applying additional layers, which negatively affected the final result. When I requested that the design be removed, the technician seemed frustrated, and I ultimately settled for something I did not want. I paid $78 for a basic gel cat-eye manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately, the quality of service and final result did not justify the price. I left feeling disappointed with both the professionalism and the outcome of my appointment. read more

Left with two of her toes bleeding with cuts on her toes, we mentioned it to the staff all they said was " it's small" and " it happens all the time that's why I don't get pedicures". I went about 6 days ago & I got a full set of acrylic with ivy. I had to take them all off because she over drilled my nails so bad that I have the ring of fire on almost all of them and when I would pick things up the acrylic at the top would dig into the groove of the ring on my nails. 0/10 not friendly either. read more

Ivy was able to debulk the fat hard gel placed the 1st time so my nails didn't look so bubbly anymore and drew on the most perfect French tips. She cleaned the gel that seeped onto my skin off immediately every time and asked if I liked the progress after each new step (shaping, painting, etc), which was great. This place is not the same with the new management. Appt time means nothing. Saw two people wait over 45 min and walk out. The old management would have the ac in here, here I am sweating. It has personality like a true spa, now it's lit up like a cathedral. It's not relaxing anymore. I got moved to three chairs for my pedicure. The 1st person didn't want to do it, then another then finally they brought some kid. Had to tell him to do the callous removal, had to tell him to cut the nails shorter, never did the massage then got up and left me sitting with the wax on my feet and a cold towel for 15 min. Don't recommend. Can't say if it was lack of skill or lack of effort. Gel nail polish off the nail and onto the cuticle. Length is not even, edges not the same, $75 later(basic pedicure with gel). This nail salon has to do better. Not even 24 hours later and I absolutely hate the finished product, thank goodness this gets done often so I don't have to live too long with it. read more

I requested an appointment online at 6:30pm, as that was an option offered. They called the next day and stated they don't accept appointments after 6pm, so I agreed to come at that time instead. Seems an easy fix on their website would stop that problem. :) I do like the overall aesthetic of this place; my manicurist was friendly and was able to do exactly what I wanted. They only charge $5 more for matte, which is less than many other places. They offer a first time discount and they also have days with other discounts offered, for teachers, first responders, etc. They accept multiple forms of payment, including online payment apps. This Nail Salon is decent. As you walk in, it feels more on the luxurious side. It is very neat and clean with no strong smell. There will be the manager in the front to greet you. They do take walk ins which is great! I am currently trying to find a nail salon in Vegas that I could go to regularly. It was not busy at all on a Thursday Afternoon! We were able to be sat right away. They also ask if you'd like a beverage which I thought was excellent service. They offer different packages for pedis. I decided to go with the deluxe package which starts at $56. My nail tech did take her time cleaning and massaging me during my pedicure. I thought she did great in those aspects. As for the quality of the pedicure I thought that it was not worth it at all. The polish looks crooked and not very clean. I also did not like the way she cut the nails. The polish near the cuticle area is not cleaned and looks messy. And there is also air bubbles in the polish. I don't think I'd return here because of the quality of the pedicure but they do have excellent service. Maybe it was not my luck this time, but I don't think I'll be returning here for a pedicure. I spent a total of $80 including a tip. Go at your own risk and hoping you have a better experience than I did. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had my nails done by the most unprofessional people. And they SUCKED! Absolutely the worst place in Vegas. Getting your nails done is a luxury. A luxury that has gotten more and more expensive. I've been getting my nails done for years, consistently and this is one of the worst experiences. When it came to simple question as color, wanting the same shape and length, the simple necessity of getting nails done was very much lacked. & with ugly attitude. I paid $150 for a simple color change + pedicure. Both came out looking f*cked to say the least. Their products used are very cheap & RE USED. (Not uncommon for Vegas- but filthy nonetheless) I was in touch with receptionist that was there the day of and then she also recommend I come back and assured they'd fix it for no cost. I came back ( in the timeframe receptionist approved of) - they declined to fix & tried to charge me same amount originally paid. Also, randomly tried to record me when I explained what the situation was. Embarrassing & they freaked me out. Not somewhere you want to spend money "treating yourself." My boyfriend got the tropical pedicure and I got the jelly pedicure with gel polish and French tip design. It is clean and a relaxing interior with massage pedicure chairs. Very few nail salons offer the jelly pedicure. It's honestly the selling point for me when I decide to try a new nail salon. It comes with all your standard services plus the jelly soak, callus removal, scrub, paraffin wax, and hot stone massage. They are reasonably priced for what they offer, the quality and the location. This place never looked busy. But I still gave it a try. The inside is spacious. The chairs are quite old. I went for a pedi. Price is ok for this neighborhood but I could get better service for the same price at my regular place. I didn't want to do gel for personal reason. The lady who did my nails was very pushing then she told me that I'll get charged extra for taking off the gel on my toe if I don't want to do gel. I told her fine but was very annoyed. If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter went in for a full set of GelX with a photo of what she wanted. Clearly the nail tech was in over her head. She made my daughter pay for her service before she even finished. Not sure if that was racism or if she knew the nails would turn out bad. She was literally in tears when she got home. The nails were think, bumpy, and so terrible at her cuticle area. She was getting her nails done for an event the next day. Thankfully we were able to get her in at Desert Beauty Lab first thing the next day. They had to completely remove the previous nails and do an entire new set. So now we've paid twice for her nails. I called and spoke with the manager that morning and explained the situation. He had me send him pictures of the nails she got done at his salon, pictures of the new set of nails and proof of payment for those nails. So, I sent all the requested items. He took 2 days to respond only to tell me they have a "no refund" policy. He said he couldn't refund because he already paid the nail tech that did the horrible job. As if this is MY problem. Do yourself a favor and just go to Desert Beauty Lab. They did a great job and saved my daughter's event. I'm attaching pictures of the nails she wanted and what she got. This was my first time visiting, and to say it was disappointing is an understatement. The upside is that my nail tech was very nice. I came here because I've passed it multiple times while driving, and have seen the 20% off sign for a while now. I had them remove my acrylics, and do a gel manicure. What I received was possibly the worst gel manicure I've ever had. My nails look lumpy, the area around my cuticles and finger tips look awful, it was just overall incredibly disappointing. I just had my acrylics removed so didn't want to have to soak/drill my nails again, so I had to just deal with it. To top it all off, when I asked about the 20% off, I was told it ended "yesterday".
