The wife and I have been coming here for several years now. We've been to other places in Vegas and they were all "fine", but this place is the best. It's clean, they keep the furniture and equipment updated often enough that it's always comfortable and modern. While I can only comment on the pedicures from personal experience (which are amazing), the wife's nails are always top notch. The employees are always super nice and helpful and pricing is reasonable, especially for the quality you get for it. Can't recommend it enough. I'll upload pics later. Yesterday I visited this nail shop for and was greatly disappointed with what I left with. Phranky was my nail technician. The staff were polite, but the actual service was not great at all. I asked for a full set with a black French tip. The acrylic application is very sloppy my nails are not even or smooth. The shaping is uneven. Some nails are thicker than others The polish job is subpar you can see the streaks in the base. And French is basically translucent. I left the shop picking off dried polish & acrylic from under my nails & off my skin There are plenty of salons in the area that do better work for the same (or even lower) price. My technician tried to do things that I did not ask for, she tried to charge me more than the service was priced at. The technician used a file that had previously been used, a dirty towel was used to dry my hands. Then she cut me and it wasn't even near the nail where I was cut. The polish went onto my skin beyond my cuticles. Everything about my experience was terrible. I should have walked out...I almost did, but I was there with a friend for a fun outing. It's part of the outings at this point. There was a point I didn't have a go to person because each nail tech was amazing. Now, I go to my girl, Helen! Even though all nail techs are amazing, she does such a phenomenal job. Her creative vision and talent really shines each and every appointment. At this point, I let her take lead and surprise me after I share what color I want. Lol! That's how much trust I have with her. I have terrible in grown (I know tmi) but let me tell you! This has been the worst manicure I ever had! Tim was rushing and was a bit cocky that he didn't want to listen to what I wanted. He put way too much glue on some and very little on other nails. Then he educated me on how to put chrome when he was not using the right tools.(he was using his fingers so the chrome was not evenly put on my nails.) the fake nails he put fell after a day. "Me day" while the kids are off to school. Came to get a quick pedicure. Made an appointment for 10:30. They had the water ready, their book of pedi options to choose from, polish colors to select. I chose the Deluxe Essential Pedicure for $45. My pedicurist cleaned my nail beds, scrubbed my feet, filed my nails the way I preferred, massaged and lotioned my legs and feet. Felt so great! I highly recommend coming during the middle of the week as it was quiet and slow. I've made appointments in the past for a Friday and a Saturday and they get super swamped. Paid over $100 ($55 for pedicure and $40 for acrylics with gel + and additional $5 for the shape) It was such a bad experience, the 2 nail techs were very kind but this was such a bad nail job for what I paid. I understand if they were just having a bad day but I shouldn't have paid $100 for this. Even charged me for a almond shape acrylic that is very short. I don't know why they would charge more for that as well. Using less acrylic and gel product. It only takes a few minutes to shape them very disappointed. So this was my 4th time getting a manicure and pedicure from Tiffany and Diamond nails and all I can say is OMG!! I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day or what but I can only describe my experience as torture!! During my deluxe pedicure Tiffany cut more than my cuticle on my big toe and immediately put that green antiseptic on it to stop the bleeding. I know this happens sometimes so I didn't make a big deal out of it. She then put the cuticle remover that they use to scrub the bottom of your feet on the cut which set my toe on fire. I told her and she quickly rinsed it with water. Moving on to the left foot, when she began cutting the cuticles on this big toe she grabbed a piece of live skin and ripped it all the way down to my nail bed. I started bleeding a lot. I jumped and screamed a little when she ripped it. She grabbed the green stuff again but this time the bleeding was not stopping. It was under my nail and down the side. After she continuously added alcohol and green antiseptic while squeezing it with a towel she eventuality grabbed super glue and glued my damn toe so she could polish it. I told her several times it hurts. She just said "sorry". I have never ever been tortured like this before. My toes still hurts today like it has its own heart beat, annoying!! She did a good job on my nails though. But what prompted me to write this review was how she treated me at check out. My bill was $150, she said she charged me $70 for that torture session but gave me a discount. Ok whatever, but tell me why as I swiped my card she hovered over me to see what I was going to tip. I usually tip between $10-$20 depending on the service but now I was like I'm tipping $5 and I shouldn't even be paying at all after what I went through. She rolled her eyes and walked away and didn't even say thank you! I'm mad I paid for my toes at all!!!! I won't be back!! Look at the pick. I just took this right now after a shower and you can see brown blood under my nail and how butchered the side is. I wish I would've taken a pic yesterday! I have been coming here for my pedicures and until this last time it was fine. I went for a prevacation pedi and took my granddaughters for a back to school and treat for their birthdays. My pedi ended up with a broken anklet and a cut toe that was bleeding and got alcohol sprayed on it. I had to keep a bandaid and neosporin on it for the first three days of my vacation as it started to get infected. My 13 year old granddaughter wanted her first full set with cute cherries on a couple nails. I was charged $20 for art which was a few stickers and $70 for a full set of nails.. which was apparently gel-x and they didn't even last a week before they started popping off. She was devastated and my daughter called in to see what could be done to fix them. She was told to call back later and every time she tried no one ever answered the phone. My 10 year old granddaughter for a gel mani and the polish was chipping within about 5 days also. Wont be back. read more

Made a nail appointment on Fri for a Sunday service: nail refill and pedi. Came to my appointment and they said because of the new system they never received my appointment. I was confused because the time prior I had used the same system without issues and blamed the pervious owners of trying to take clients away. The owner asked if I could come back an hour later and would give me a discount, I reluctantly said yes and had to ask my husband to came back with kids in tow and wait for an hour to return . I came back and received my services, I was not happy with the design and asked the nail tech if I could come back for redo and he graciously said yes. At time of payment they let me know a 10% discount was given to me for my inconvenience for coming back, that didn't cover even a mile of my gas. I called immediately after I left and tried to work with Helen about my dissatisfaction about the discount, she was very rude and spoke over me and hung up. After many attempts to talk to the owner i was left with : Helen lying to the nail tech about the percentage discount to give me. The owner said 15 % she gave me 10% The nail techs saying Helen was the one of the three owners other than Sam Helen saying I asked for a 50% discount to the owner which was untrue After many phone calls to speak to an owner I was left very frustrated and upset. I asked for a refund for my nail refill and nail design. Due to my conversation with Helen I was not comfortable being with Helen in the store. Sam the "owner" said he couldn't do anything and could only give me 25$ for the nail design but would have to go back to get it read more
