First time at this nail salon. After reading the reviews, I wanted to still give them a try. I came right at opening and they were able to take me in right away. I received a regular pedicure and I am happy with my results. $30 for the regular pedicure and included a sea salt scrub and lotion massage. Not bad at all. The staff were friendly and the shop was extremely clean. Fully vaccinated guests and staff do not have to wear masks. This nail salon is down the street from my favorite casino so when I'm in town, I will probably return. The nail salon I used to visit when in town closed, so this will be my new go-to. I got my birthday nails done here and decided to go with the classic full set with white tips. I understand the longer your choice of length will determine how long your set takes, but my tech continuously complained about how long I decided to get my nails. I personally went shorter than I normally get my nails and to hear my tech continuously complain about the service they are providing, I was very displeased. The service was awful I requested a gel pedicure, and he barely touched my soles of my feet rushing through the pedicure. The nail tech who did my feet put on old nail polish, which was clumpy had to remove it twice. Finally, I left with no polish on my feet and only a replacement toenail which fell off after four days paying $39. That same day I had to go to another nail salon called the Princess Nail Bar, due to the terrible job they did. The polished toenails were done by Princess Nail Bar NOT Pink Lotus. this is after 4 days of my mom getting her nails done here. this is gel polish, the guy cut her & she told him he's hurting her & he said she's too sensitive even though her finger is bleeding. we came back 4 days later willing to pay to get it fixed and the guy "louie" said he didn't do it that the manager "panda" did her nails which is not true. & he blamed the chipped nail polish on her being a cocktail waitress even though she's been getting her gel nails done for work for over 25 years. no accountability or sincere apology and walked us out of the salon. bad business, bad work, bad customer service. definitely WONT be back. read more

I have been coming here about monthly for some time now. My focus is on the two techs I was lucky to find. 1. Tracy, who does my pedicures. She was so gentle about my ingrown nails. I had those removed and so now it's only what I call a regular relaxing pedicure. :) Tracy is very good at trimming my nails, sanding where necessary and all the other things that come with a pedicure. (Nice massage!) My feet & legs look and feel great after her thorough treatment. 2. May does my manicures. I get gel because I am very rough on my hands. My nails last a month. (I push it). They have never failed in any way. May is careful not to cause pain and if there is, she is able to manage it immediately. She has much care in making the procedure comfortable. Her work creates superb results. I am so glad to have found her. I can admire my hard working hands because of her. The steps to ensure cleanliness and comfort is top notch. I have learned that making an appointment is best. There is a cash payment program. When you collect enough points, there is a $10 discount on your next procedure. Note: The ladies there are all very sweet and do their best. I limit my interaction with their boss. He seems like a strict and stern character. Just my observation. read more

I had 5 broken nails they charged me 6.00 a nail so total was 45.00 I complained because I could if got a brand new full set for 35.00 I told them why didn't u say it was 6.00 a nail they said they don't care and business is business so they only care about there money and ita ok to screw people the owners are horrible people to do that to someone. Don't bother coming here unless you want a mediocre job. The only reason for 2 stars is because they got me in quickly and most of tge staff was friendly. I went in for a powder dip for my nails and a (I guess) basic pedicure. I'm not sure if there were other options for pedicures because none were mentioned. The woman doing my feet seemed as if she really was trying, but in the end did a sad job. Left with a couple Knicks to my toes, polish was not on all of each toenail and after getting home I noticed some of the old polish was still showing. And if you want a good leg massage-it's not here. Now for the powder dip. I asked for a manicure with it (because it's not included) and the new lady began to tell me she was in a hurry, so sorry if any mistakes. Ummm, well, I've had speedy work before so I agreed. Mistake 1. When she was "done" dipping my nails she told me wait 5 mins and air dry but she was leaving. I waited and noticed the sides of some of my nails were not complete. So, I asked the lady at the desk-mistake 2 . She told me have a seat he will fix it. "He" was rather annoyed to have to go to a different table and help me. I so badly wanted to love this salon. I had Helen do my gel nails. She took her time and they came out looking so good. However two days later the nails started chipping. I called in and they were able to get me in and fixed the nails. Looked great as well. Not even the next day my nails are chipping. It's been a week and half and my gel polish is chipped on most of my nails and they look bad. I don't do anything rough, I sit at a computer. Not sure if the polish is old but I don't usually have this issue. The people are great, the atmosphere was calm. Sucks that I'm going to have to go and get my nails done again. Looked like a nice place so I decided to check it out. Firstly I asked for a square tip and the nail tech kept insisting I get almond shape even after I said I wanted square shape twice. I decided to go for it and try something new. (He never mentioned it would be an extra 7$ for almond shape). Next I asked for a thin French tip. He kept doing it thick and not the shape I wanted at all. I asked him to elongate the smile line on the French and he did it very thick. Again not what I asked for. So I asked if I could just shape it myself. I painted the French tip on every single one of my nails because he didn't know how to do the French tip. Once we finished and it came time for purchase the receipt had not only an up charge for the almond shape (THAT I DIDNT ASK FOR) of $7 and an up charge for the French tip of $18 that I painted myself ! And AGAIN he never mentioned an up charge for the French tip. Now it's been a few days since and I can see built up moisture inside the gel in my nail because he didn't use a dehydrator or a primer before applying the gel base coat. Overall I had a terrible experience and will not be returning. read more

So I came in without an appointment. They are very welcoming. The place is clean and decorated nicely. The whole staff says hello or at least offers some kind of help. I was ask if I wanted water by one person and was being helped by someone else to chose the right color I was looking for. I was well taken care of. I got my pedicure done by a very sweet man named Andy. He was so patient with me. I made him try on several different colors. I was being so picky. He ended up mixing three different colors to make me what I wanted. And did it in the most caring way. most places make me feel like I'm irritating them by being so picky but this staff was so wonderful. It was almost a team effort to accommodate what I needed. I needed a mani/pedi before jet setting out of town. I happened to be driving by the mini mall that this nail shop is in, so decided to give it a whirl. I was pleasantly surprised. The shop is nicely decorated. I was greeted right away and was able to be taken care of immediately. Bonus of pretty colors to choose from. I splurged for the Deluxe Pedicure, it was so relaxing. I also got a Gel Polish Manicure for the first time. I loved my whole experience. The girl that did my nails and toes was very quiet and didn't talk much but I usually prefer the silence, to just sit back and relax. Her name was Ty and I'd definitely ask for her if I went back, which I believe I will.
