I chose the $58 lavender pedicure with gel and a French tip, which were an additional $20 and $10. Extremely Disappointing Experience After Years as Loyal Customers After being loyal customers for many years, our experience today was unacceptable. My daughter and I came in for services before she leaves for college. I received a gel manicure, and my daughter requested a basic pedicure with regular polish. What should have been a very straightforward service turned into nearly a two-hour ordeal. We checked in at 10:39 a.m. and did not leave until 12:24 p.m. Throughout the pedicure, the technician repeatedly got up and went back and forth to the counter, and unfortunately, the quality of the service reflected what appeared to be a lack of experience or training. My daughter's toenails were shaped unevenly with no consistency from one nail to the next. The polish application was even more concerning. The technician applied polish, then a top coat, and then proceeded to apply additional polish ON TOP of the top coat. I have never seen anything like it. There was polish left all over the skin surrounding her toes, while portions of the actual nails were not properly covered. The finished pedicure looked completely unprofessional. At that point, I became concerned about whether the technician was properly licensed and asked the front desk to see his license. They did not provide it. After waiting approximately five with no one returning to address my request, I went back to the station myself and photographed the license displayed there. This raised additional concerns for me because it appeared he may have been working at someone else's station rather than his own designated licensed area. The entire experience was incredibly disappointing, especially after being customers here for years. A basic polish change should not take nearly two hours, result in poorly shaped nails and polish all over someone's toes, and then be followed by difficulty verifying the technician's licensing information. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning. I strongly encourage management to review what happened, including the technician's training, licensing and station assignment. Customers should be able to trust that the person performing their service is properly trained, licensed and capable of providing the service they are paying for. read more

The location is a little far from North Vegas but definitely worth the drive. They have the best selection for cat eye designs and colors and are always consistent with their service no matter who does our nails for both manicure and pedicure. read more

They changed the menu and the prices here quite often and they've now removed the $35 pedicure so the most basic pedicure is $48. $48-$95!!! Got these nails awhile back, like mid May and still have them now it's been a month and a half and the nails are grown out but still on strong. They're so good and tech was really nice and did a great job on these. GiGi was my nail tech here and it was great. Definitely will be returning here next time I visit Vegas. I've been to this location twice. I have held off this review for a bit but feel as a business this is unacceptable and who else hasn't spoken out and felt victimized. The first visit the technician was relatively new and she did a normal full set treatment. I told her I was a new customer and near the end of the service she looked off to the side with a dead stare into nowhere and mentions "cuticle trimming is extra". To which I said, if you feel I need it go ahead and charge me. She still stared off to the side with a dead stare and she says nothing. I brush it off and pay including a very nice tip. Just thought it was an odd experience. Second visit, I got someone different. An older more experienced person. She kept mentioning that she had been doing this for a long time and another tech came by behind her and I smile at her as she passes. She looked at me with an angry face and in Vietnamese asks my tech, " what is Ronald McDonald smiling at?" She proceeded to sit at her client's two seats away from us and be very rude to her. Saying really rude almost insulting things about her sons. I thought maybe they were friendly that way, but it all sounded horrible. Very unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable. I have not returned and probably never will. Nails were okay, but I can do without the experience. read more
