As soon as I walked in I was greeted pleasantly by a guy that was doing a pedicure. I picked my gel nail color and started soaking my feet. The lady that did my pedicure was very nice but she was scrubbing my bottom and side feet so hard it caused a boo boo on my right foot. She asked if it hurt coz she saw there was a little blood. I said yes it hurt a little. She put some green drops to stop bleeding. And proceeded to apply the gel polish. Paid $55.00 plus $10.00 tip .I didn't want to complain to the manager coz I didn't want the lady to get in trouble. But I had to post something to make clients aware. I do recommend this place since it was clean and everybody was pleasant. No loud talking like other nail salons. read more

DO NOT go to this salon. After charging almost $200 for a gel manicure and pedicure, after just 1 day the nails started falling off. It's now been 1 week and 6 have fallen off. I had a big event on Friday and then out of town, which was the reasoning for getting my nails done. I had to go to the event looking like this, bc I didn't have time to get them redone. This is actually not the first time I had this experience with this salon. Brian, the owner, had previously done my nails when this happened before. However , I decided to give them another chance. Brian was very aware of this repeat issue. I requested a refund as I can not come in and out of town and Brian would only say come back in to resolve and refuse to refund my money, knowing I'm out of town and can't come in. I sent the pics to the salon so he could see. They are several other salons on this block... go to any other but this one. Horrible experience, I'm really upset how my nails came out. I literally asked for this and got this. I asked if she knew how to do duck shape like the nails on here and she said yes. She started to file them and I was like not duck shape and she started to file them more and they were all crooked and did not look like any type of but still continued. I asked if she flower on them. She said no because it takes too long. As a nail tech, you shouldn't even be saying that to your . At the end, my nails aren't even shape. I used to be a here a while back, but I wanted to try it one more time. Sorry but I will never be returning. To top it off this was $75. Horrible. Took two hours for basic nails. Acrylic was laid super sloppy so it took over an hour to file to a shape that wasn't even what I wanted. No music was playing, and the seat I was at didn't even have a tv or anything to watch. Would not recommend. read more

I was so disappointed with my experience. It started out with the nail tech being 15 minutes late arriving at the salon. One of the male techs started my nails by gluing them on, then when the lady arrived she finished them. I understand things come up so I stayed patient and understanding. However, I asked her on numerous times to fix the shape of several nails, and she cut me twice with her electric filer. I asked both techs how long they should last before I have them refilled, to which they said 2.5 weeks. Well, in just 4 days one nail had completely popped off, and I had to return for the lady to fix it. She kindly redid all the gel color as they already looked grown out. We are now under 3 weeks in, and rather than going back to have them refilled, I'm left with 4/10 nails still on, and having to look elsewhere for a complete new set. Very upset. read more

They have great selection of gel nail polish color from matte to glittery and classy to festive. I had the same color for my finger and toe nails. My pedi turned out great and was darker than the gel mani that went through uv. However, the mani turned out uneven on the nail bed on all ten fingers. Some are matte and some glossy. Call ahead to see if they can take you. All the product is new and applies smooth. The tools come out of the sanitize packets and the pedicure bowls are lined. I know I can be difficult because I never know what I want and they know how to accommodate my quirkiness. My feet are very ticklish My most recent gel manicure was amazing. I recently had to move...twice. My hands looked so terrible from all of the cleaning. They trimmed my cuticles and all the dead skin making my hands look beautiful again. He had great socialization skills and was thoughtful when it came to my request of doing French and/or ombré nails. For a year and a half my big toes hurt. Kept telling my nail girl, but no real relief. I switched salons and started seeing Jayla at Fresh nails. On first appointment she told me I had really bad ingrown toenails. She told me she could make them better. Took a few visits because I had so many and could only take so much at a time , but now for the first time in almost 2 years I am completely pain free. I can put my converse back on with zero pain. Sorry but this visit was horrible this time I had got my nails done with gel when I left it did not feel that strong as usual when I do get a gel manicure. Well next day it chipped I called the salon on my next day off and they told me to come in and get it fix FREE at charge which was nice of them , although right when I left I came home and did laundry and the nails ALL chipped off again. not even a full day the next next hour /: I'm sorry but I don't have time nor money to keep coming to the salon for them to keep fixing it , I've never had this problem with gel before , unfortunately will not be returning. Ok. So I have mixed feelings leaving a review, but I just wanted to share my personal experience. I went in on a sun 3/12 (great plus that they are open on Sun) I called ahead and made an appt for 2 PM. I got there and to be expected, They were very busy. I used to go here all the time but it had been about a year since my last visit. Even though I had an appt, it took a while to get me into the water for my pedicure and I soaked for about 40 mins before anyone got to me. I personally was completely OK with this even though I had an appt it was Sun and it was busy. I'd like to think I'm a reasonable person. As far as services, I got a deluxe pedicure and a full acrylic set. I want to say before I go any further the entire staff was incredibly nice and the atmosphere was on par. I noticed while getting my pedicure that my feet and ankles were starting to burn. Now this obv isn't from the water because I was sitting comfortably in the water for almost 45 mins at this point, however I made the assumption that because I had just showered/shaved prior to coming in that as many females know it might have been some sort of lotion/fragrance burning my freshly shaved legs. The burning got extremely bad however, especially on my right foot to where I removed it from his hand and dunked it back in the water. Which seem to help at first. My pedicure finished and I go onto my set and I am 100% happy with the outcome of my set and the aesthetic appearance of my pedicure. With tip included I paid $195. I left the salon at 4:45 which is 15 minutes before they close on Sunday. I live in the condos right next-door and because it was gorgeous out that day I decided to walk. As I was walking home I noticed that the burning sensation on my ankles/feet particularly the right one hadn't gone away, and as the sun was hitting the skin, it became painful. By the time I got home , I rolled up my leggings, the rest of the way, and notice visible, redness/irritation. I'll cut this long story short because I'm including pictures but by that evening I noticed the skin starting to slide off my ankles in places and immediately went to urgent care the next day. The doctor told me I had chemical burns most likely from the callus remover that was used. It has been 3 weeks and my entire ankle area predominantly on the right foot is still covered in scabs. one area in particular went straight through to the muscle. I will attach the progression of photos starting from immediately after to present. The reason I was hesitant about posting this review was because due to travel i.e. the reason I was getting my nails done I was unable to go immediately back to the salon to give them a chance to rectify the situation, and by the time I got back, I was afraid of being viewed as someone just looking for free services and didn't want an awkward confrontation in front of other people. The whole point of this review is just to make other people aware if something doesn't feel right don't let self-doubt cloud your judgment and speak up for yourself because things like this DO happen. read more

I asked for an acrylic fill with regular nail polish. Declined gel polish which is an additional $5.00 charge several times politely. After the last time, clearly the nail tech was annoyed. She then extremely rapidly began removing my polish with a drill aggressively. On multiple occasions she burned me and when filing hurt my fingers quite a bit. When she filed my nails the first time they were oval and bulky. I asked for them to be pointed evenly. I left with them uneven and with my nail beds sore and burned. Pls don't go there. Clean salon the manicurists are really good but they raised their price and it's way too high now. I live in a nicer area and will pay less for services because I won't go back here. Sorry, but inflation doesn't warrant the price jump they created. The Polish they use is cheap and it feels like rubber cement. I don't recommend this place if your looking for quality polish. read more
