Poor business and even if you're the best damn painters this side of the Mississippi, this lack of professionalism doesn't deserve anyone's money especially for a commodity business like painting where there are a ton of other reputable options.

They went with option two, prepping and using the existing drywall underneath and that turned out very nice. They added trim around the fireplace gratis as an apology for not covering our furniture and not cleaning it up. Overall, a good company that stands by their work and gave us a fair price.
