During this process, he also discovered a cooling pump issue that could have caused serious problems later. Jose helped me order a new pump, installed it, thoroughly cleaned years of dust from my system, reassembled everything carefully, and kept me informed every step of the way. We communicated over multiple days, and he was always easy to reach by text, very responsive, and extremely attentive. What really sets Jose apart is that he explains everything he's doing. Not only was the problem with my laptop fixed, but the power usage has been restored to the same rate that it was at when the laptop was new out of the box.
