Example, a family member dropped off all the docs 6 weeks ago for a straightforward tax return. Today is April 15th and The Tax Shoppe has still has not completed them after many many phone calls. Note that for the most part the 5 star reviews you see are from many years ago and the poor reviews are more recent. Prices have also risen. I do my own taxers now for a fraction of the cost.
