Don't let cars in after 7:30 if you're going to half ass the job in order to leave by 8pm sharp. I go in specifically to get the bugs off my grille and windshield. Guess where the bugs are? Same place just smeared around & marinating. I'm only upset because the kid working had an attitude and his tone of voice was as if I inconvenienced him by asking him to do his job. Bobby takes the time to watch you bowl and become familiar with your style and technique of bowling. If you can describe what you want the ball to accomplish he can make good recommendations as to which ball will best suit your needs. That doesn't mean he'll always recommend the most expensive ball, but truly the one that fits your price range and needs. I've bought and had balls drilled by many different pro shops and have to say Bobby is the best I've seen. His attention to detail and desire to get the right ball for you is his main concern. He assured me that if they weren't right. Bring them back in and he will take care of it. I surprised her with the shoes but Within five minutes of wearing them. She realized they hurt and didn't fit. I tried to return the shoe only to be told that they are not returnable or swappable. I spent over 200 dollars in that store 95 of it was my girlfriend shoes. They won't even swap sizes. Terrible customer service and false advertising. I will never shop with them again.
