I also wanted a deep tissue and not once did she find a kink and work it out like is normally done, and what I needed. Normally a therapist is a little cautious when moving your limbs around and keeping the blanket in place as to keep a little modesty in the room. Not this lady. The salon is beautiful and big inside and outside. COVID PROTOCOL People who are vaccinated don't need to wear a mask inside the salon. There are different areas for hair/ makeup, nail area, facial/lashes/waxing area room. The salon was very clean. our nail technical sanitize and clean the mani/pedi areas after. SERVICE Excellent service! Shannon our nail technician and has been doing my family's nails for many years. We had to go back to Shannon for my nails to a special event. Shannon did an excellent job filing/ smoothing my callus, cuticles, nails. It did not hurt one bit. I've gone to many nail salons in California and I haven't encounter a technician whose as good as Shannon. She's very good with different types of nails, ANC, gel, regular polish, you name it she can do it. She's also very creative w nail art designs and give recommendations to nail colors for designs. I did both mani and pedi. Both regular polish. It took about 1.5hrs. Shannon was very thorough with the French mani w a twist design, she freehanded the nail tip which was impressive!! Shannon also does lashes, facials, waxing, bridal makeup, etc. I'm going back to her for a lash lift before I travel back home.

I pre paid for my product and they said it would take about a week to get. I had to call two weeks later and it still had not come in. They were very suspicious saying " it is not their policy to accept prepayment for orders" which really made me uncomfortable. They said they needed to check with someone who orders products. Two more weeks go buy and I had not been contacted. I stopped into see the status and the product was on the shelf. Again the person was suspicious like I was trying to get a product for free or something. I would not have pre paid if I knew this was going to be a hassle. The gals who took my order initially were very pleasant so it was not all bad. I also understand that there are people out there who would try to get something for free.

When we got into the massage room he said I am going to give you two hours. I said what? He said I am going to give you two hours. I said, oh!! OKAY! While thinking about it I thought I am the only customer here maybe he would rather work than sit around, or maybe its because it is my bday. Or Maybe it is because I am a first time customer. NOPE to all. At checkout he said I owed $130.00 Well I didnt have that much cash on me so he goes credit card? And I am like wait $130.00 plus tip and he said yes. So I said No, I reserved a 90 min. massage for $85.00. He said he gave me two hours. So we went back and forth for a bit when the lady owner came out and pointing at the price board on the wall and trying to say in part english and part other language that yes it would be $120.00 and that is the correct price. She was pointing to a separate foot massage. I was like oh no you dont. I never asked for the two hours, i did not reserve two hours, I never changed my reservation to two hour massage. This is not ethical or good business. I am paying what I reserved for. $85.00 plus a $15.00 tip. Another man came in asking for a massage so the owner lady had to get him out of there as fast as possible so he would not hear what was going on. So, I was firm with the older man and said that I will pay what I ordered and reserved and handed him the cash with tip. He had a very mad look on his face. I then walked out the door.
