This is a review purely based on customer service. Judging by examples of previous work, it's obvious that they do a great job. However, my story is a bit different than the others. I had a load bearing wall that I wanted to remove at my newly purchased house. From the initial phone call, Steve was so helpful and upbeat that it made me feel really comfortable to be able to move on to the next phase. Alon was sent out to look at the wall and quote me a price. When I let him know that the original quote was a bit too much for our current budget, he worked with us to bring it down to a price that we could afford. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to move forward yet, because we took a major hit due to unexpected plumbing emergencies. I was so disappointed that we had to make the decision to delay the wall removal, but Alon couldn't be any nicer or more understanding - he sympathized with our situation and let us know that he would be there for us when we are ready. Make no mistake, when we recover and save some money, Alon and Progressive Builders will be the very first call we make to complete this project. I will update the review when that time comes, but I have no doubt that their professionalism and outstanding customer service carries over into all aspects of their work. read more

We had a water damage claim that was a mess, and I really couldn't visualize how our house was going to get back together. Then I met Sharon (Sean).  I did not really want to work with another contractor because of the things I was going through with the other one.  However Sean was understanding and patient with me.  He gained my trust, by being upfront & explaining everything to me in detail. He answered all of my questions and walked me through each step.  He is a true project manager. He was hands on with each project from start to finish. He went over all the design choices available at their kitchen design studio, which helped us visualize what our kitchen might look like. These guys showed up on time and did what they said they would do which was great. They then went above and beyond what was required of them.
