My wife and I both go to Progressive and it is absolutely the best dental experience either one of us have ever had. Dr Hayre is our doc, and he could not be anymore professional, patient, conservative and skilled. The staff is absolutely the same in every way. Dr Hayre and his partner have just recently updated all of their equipment to the latest and greatest technology-even flat screens for every chair! I had to have a new crown recently, and it was done in-house as they have a machine that does it right there. We have many friends that go to Progressive along with their children, and they all say the same thing, their great. I don't know anyone who is a fan of going to the dentist - including myself. I hated it so much that I didn't go for over 10 years! And then a tooth broke and I found myself having to make that dreaded appointment. Luckily for me a co-worker recommended Wildwood Dental - now Progressive Dental Group. They were able to fit me in within a day, and three days later I had my first of many dental procedures to help my severely neglected teeth. Dr. Ranjiv Hayre and his staff did everything under the sun to help alleviate my fears and make me as comfortable as possible. That first appointment was over 7 years ago, and I can honestly say I will NEVER go to another dentist. The staff at Progressive Dental Group is amazing and Dr. Hayre is one of the best in his field. He's very easy to talk to and he does an excellent job of explaining the procedures that need to be done and what steps I can take to help prevent issues in the future. Dr. Berry, at Progressive Dental in Mill Creek is fantastic!!!! I've been seeing him every 3 months for the last 6 years. He is the first Dentist who had the equipment and expertise to finalize a Crown in one sitting, rather than two appointments with a temporary crown. Over this time he has replaced each filling or old crown with new crowns or fillings with better, more precise ones. It had been over 5 years since I had been to the dentist, mainly due to anxiety. But I was having tooth pain and decided it was time to get it checked out as well as get a cleaning. I searched on Yelp for a place to get my teeth cleaned and this was one of the highest ranked places in my area. There were only 12 reviews though, so I was a little skeptical. The reviews were right though! This was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist visit! The staff was very friendly and the wait time was very short. Dr. Hayre was friendly and very informative. Kim had the hard task of cleaning my teeth but she was the star of the place. She was very friendly and helped calm my nerves, she kept me informed of what was going to happen next in the appointment and answered all my questions. And she gave the most gentle cleaning experience I've ever had! I will probably always have some anxiety about going to the dentist, but because of my experience here, I know I'm in good hands and feel comfortable about going to the dentist more regularly. read more

I am someone who has always hated going to the dentist. As I got older and found myself needing to get deep cleanings, I would be in a lot of pain after the numbness went away. In addition I have always had a weak gag reflex, and so doing x-rays the way they do them now tends to be a challenge for me. Dr. Skibiel and his staff have been great. Mara who has done my deep cleanings really made me feel comfortable and when the novocaine wore off I had absolutely no pain. I had to have two broken teeth removed, and Dr. Skiebiel made it a pain free experience for me. Most recently I had to have several fillings replaced and a crown put on. When I got home and the novocaine wore off, I expected that I would have a sore jaw and some residual pain, but nothing. I felt great! I should also say that Ashley his dental assistant was amazing! If you are new to the area or are unhappy with your current dentist, I suggest giving Dr. Skibiel a call. read more

I would be very careful in visiting this dentist. After multiple phone calls and emails trying to get my AFLAC check from them and calling AFLAC as well as my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, I found out that this provider billed codes for more than what my Blue Cross Blue Shield covered. This allowed them to have exactly the amount left over to claim that they need to keep my AFLAC reimbursement for fees that I owed. This has not happened to me at any other dental offices or with this dentist before. I find it very coincidental that is my AFLAC reimbursement was the exact amount that "I owed" this office. I have tried reaching out and working with the billing department at this office multiple times but they were not interested in working with me and continuously told me that this is correct. I did not feel that I was heard when I made those phone calls so I wanted to share my experience on here. It was not communicated during my visit that my dentist was going to do anything that was beyond my coverage. It's a perfect set up for them. If your plan is to go in with your insurance and supplemental insurance, make sure you stay on top of your situation. read more

Well, I can't believe I would actually give a dentist five stars, but this place is beyond good! I have a mouth full of cavities, and all of my wisdom teeth need to be pulled. Being new to the area, I found this office through the reviews on yelp. Everyone from the receptionists to the dental hygienist to the dentist were amazing, gentle and caring. They even have a financial guru to work with you and your insurance to get the most out of what you can afford outside of what insurance will cover. I love my dentist they are easy going gentle and very thorough. I have a 15 month old i take with me and they are very accommodating to her and don't act all put out that i had to bring my baby instead they put on her favorite cartoon and talk to her and at the end put her in the chair to try and get her used to it! Also i love how they take a more natural way to fixing issues than going straight to drugs if they aren't needed. read more

Wow!! What a great place Progressive Dental is! Vacationing in Washington state when a painful tooth made me search for a dentist - Dr Hayre and all of the staff welcomed me and got me in on short notice the same morning I called. And Amazing technology! I needed a crown and they fixed my tooth and put on a ceramic crown all in the same appointment - they design and build the crown in their office instead of having the patient come back weeks later for the final crown like most dentists. I feel soooo much better now - everyone in the office, dental tech, dental assistant, receptionist, Dr Hayre and the billing office - everyone was friendly and welcoming. Their billing office helped me get the best price I could even though I've already used up my insurance benefits for the year. They made my day! Great job! read more

I had a very troubling experience when i left the city to travel. i have been in a lot of pain after dr. Hayre put in a temporary for a bridge on three teeth. i didn't feel i was treated very well by him or some of the other staff but Jamie a representative of this dental company was nothing but pleasant and courteous. i was really mad after the way i was treated after being a patient of theres for years but i want to say thank you Jamie for your kindness and patience with me and getting the situation resolved. i will not be returning to this office for dental work, but i if anyone gets a chance to work with Jamie you are in good hands. to bad she wasn't my dentist..because she is a very professional and polite individual. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a complete scam. I've been there twice, and I went because I was experiencing extreme pain on one of my teeth, which had the root exposed due to years of bulimia and alcoholism while I was a teen and early adult. I went to them to treat this problem, and this problem alone. Instead of curing my pain (the dentist took NO measures to remedy this whatsoever) and instead filled 10 or so cavities (I was not seeking such a procedure, repeatedly told them why I was there, etc. They gutted my insurance (I have multiple, since I am a veteran) and my family's personal finances, thousands of dollars, without ever fixing the problems I sought them out for. They also had no problem with me driving myself home after being under a heavy dose of nitrous. When you walk into this place, you feel like you are walking into a high end brothel. I witnessed only two male employees (one of whom was my dentist who completely dismissed any concerns I had) and the rest are very attractive women, from the ladies at the front desk, to the dental hygienists. It was as creepy as creepy gets, in these types of environments. During my initial visit, the dentist told me I would require veneers (which I have no problem with him giving me the straight dope solution) however, having said that he still proceeded to fill said cavities (which was not the reason I was there) and dismiss/ignore any concerns I had with my treatment plan. All in all, this place was atrocious. I could go on and on. It was so bad that I'm considering pursuing a lawsuit. Any private messages from people who experienced similar things from these people is whole-heartlessly welcome. read more
