Dale, Jesse, and the office staff were professional and informative in all their communications (email, in person, phone). The crew's results showed that they worked carefully around internet cables, ornaments, etc., and cleaned up well. One part of the contract wasn't quite done, but a quick email from me had them out within a day to finish the job. I contracted with Moyers a few days ago to have a Green Emerald Arborvitae installed in my front yard and also signed up for general yard clean-up, to include weeding and mulching and planting of ground cover. (I have a rather large backyard that consists of lawn, hardscaping, and a lengthy blue gravel driveway. The yard also features a 5' W x 50' L raised garden bed planted with various dwarf evergreens trees and deciduous plants. It is a lot of yard and I find it next to impossible to keep it looking neat and orderly.) The Moyers landscaping team, led by Danny, arrived on the exact day and time promised (no rescheduling on their end; what a blessing in this day and age). I watched the team working from my windows and could not believe how hardworking and efficient they were. The crew was absolutely dedicated to the work at hand and cut no corners. In short, they exceeded my every expectation. On Day 2, I was greeted at my door by Danny for the walk through of the completed work. I couldn't believe my eyes. I am not exaggerating when I say that my yard was transformed. I was so bowled over that I became emotional -- to the point of tears, and I do not cry easily. The lot is sloped and there are several stone retaining walls and stairs to navigate. It isn't an easy property to work with. Demolition had to be done by hand. They did a great job. The crew showed up everyday at 7:30am. The site was organized and anytime I needed to get out of my driveway, they always accommodated me. Coordination with our lighting and irrigation contractor was seamless. When I decided I didn't like the brick edging on the new flagstone path, the price to re-do it in flagstone was more than fair. We are really glad our landscape designer, Greenhart Designs recommended them.
