It sucked, and it was my fault, but when I called to see if I could get my coverage reinstated I was told "you can pay if you want, but that doesn't mean your insurance is going to get reinstated". You sell insurance and you don't know if we can fix this or not? I have rarely been treated like such an annoyance. I complained, so they called to apologize for my bad experience but ask me to" acknowledge that they had returned my call". I didn't give him a bad review for no reason. I emailed Patric at 8:00 AM this morning and it is now 6:52 PM. He did respond a 5:30 to say that the information I sent him this morning was accurate. He did not resolve my issue or offer any way to resolve my issue. So if thats the service you want from your car insurance the Patrick is your guy. Who doesn't want to wait a full day for a response, only to get no information. I will be moving ASAP.
