The administrators here are very helpful and ensure very quick communication. Lilia in the back office has been great at answering questions and making changes when needed. The dashboard is really easy to use and class registration is very straight forward. Our kiddos favorite Coach is Bella! She is wonderful! She is very warm, bubbly and inviting while also providing clear and direct communication, ensuring the kids are playing safely, provides excellent examples of the drills and works through the kids various temperaments. We hope to take a class with her in the future! If you want to stay and watch your kids, you are warmly welcome but don't forget your hot spot as the provided internet can be a little spotty.

I checked my registration and it was clearly ninja so I called in and again was told I was wrong. I asked them to check again and they discovered that had made the error and I was told "that's too bad". Not exaclty the customer service I would expect when I'm paying that much. She feels safe and cared for and hops into the car after, sweaty and excited to tell everything she learned that day. (Which continues on at home to SHOWING her dad and I everything as well! ) Fostering that enthusiasm and engaging whole body mechanics is very important to us. Especially coming out of the past year and a half where our children were very limited on athletics here in the Pacific Northwest. My daughter can barely do a cartwheel, but her sense of confidence, her agility and her flexibility have all improved drastically over the last 4 months that we've been attending. The center is owned and operated by Pepper. My son thinks her name is Chili (get it, chili pepper?) and her name is true to her act. She not only spices up the place with new ideas, she's hot on getting everyone to participate in a safe and fun way. She knows every kid's name and greets them each every week. The instructors are fabulous. Classes fill up fast and the schedules vary so much that we can always find a class that fits our needs. It's cheaper if you sign up for a "unit" which is extended weeks rather than just the 4-week cycle. It's a bit chilly in there in the winter, so bring a jacket and have the kids wear a sweatshirt to warm up with. It also has that "gym smell" but we've gotten used to it.

It's an amazing facility with topline equipment and all of the coaches my daughter has worked with have been great. We have had an especially outstanding experience with Coach Chris. He is a great combination of exact, hands-on instruction and playful silliness that works really well for my kiddo. She has made awesome progress with his coaching!
