I knew they were opened: that was a bad experience for the Sherman Oaks location So I went ahead and called the North Hollywood location of Prohealth advanced Imaging, and I spoke to Brittany, that was so helpful answered all my questions and honestly, even when out of her way ! I just don't wanna go to do my upcoming MRI in the half machine in North Hollywood because they're magnet is not as strong as Sherman Oaks and doesn't provide us with a high-quality picture, which is what I need Anyway, I really wanted to give kudos to the North Hollywood location and Brittany Thank you

I did not know there was a UCLA health center in North Hollywood and I was pleasantly surprised…read morewhen I called to make an appointment and that between my usual Santa Clarita vs Encino vs North Hollywood that I was able to get an appointment so quickly at North Hollywood. Thankfully it was easy to figure out where to park because of the instructions sent to me, but the parking is down a scary steep and tight curvy driveway so I had to go very slowly. Once underground I easily found parking near the elevator and went straight up to the department. As the elevators opened I was awed, from outside the building looks like a regular building, but when you come out of the elevator suddenly you're transported into a luxurious waiting room, so peaceful, spacious and beautiful. Staff is friendly, from the front desk all the way to the procedural area, everyone is kind and explains everything. When I was taken to the changing rooms and I changed into the pink gown, I was surprised how soft the gown is. Why can't all gowns be so soft???????? I could not stop touching the soft material, it is so soothing!!! Once I was taken in for my procedure, I was very impressed by the Doctor who was performing the biopsy, he was very compassionate and professional. Between him and the staff helping (who I'm sorry I don't remember anyone's name), I felt very at ease. What I expected to be painful I barely felt, and they informed me of every step along the way. Afterwards I was given these cute little ice packs that stick to the area along with some extra supplies in case I need at home. If I ever have to have this done again (hopefully not though) I would definitely come back to this location.
