The address is 1700 Missouri in Clearwater Fl. Upon arrival , we are always met with a friendly greeting and seated immediately. this is so helpful as my husband uses a cane or at times a walker. You will find that no matter what selection on their menu you choose, every meal there is always delicious with a timely delivery that is fresh and hot. Yesterday was no exception. my husband had a bowl of fruit with a huge bagel. Oh man. This was such a a disappointing breakfast. I would have given it one star if it weren't for the fresh fruit, which was he beat part. We were seated fairly quickly but it took awhile for someone to even acknowledge us once we were at our table. My eggs were not fresh cracked ... I think they are poured, which gives them a very weird mouthfeel and taste. The potatoes are too crispy, so much so that there isn't any "potatoe" in the middle...it just all crunchy and reminded me of stale potatoes. The bacon was just "okay". Being in and out of this place regularly, I'd always wanted to try one of their omelettes. I asked our waitress for a recommendation, and she suggested the Meat Lovers omelette--and I'm glad she did. The dish came out beautifully presented, with very generous portions. The omelette was excellent, the fresh fruit was spot on, and the home fries were cooked perfectly. This is my second time trying out Proinos, but my first time at this location. Both times I have come I have been sat immediately during peak brunch time. I love checking out new places, especially new locations for restaurants I have already tried. The service was good as always and they were super attentive to any changes we had to the meals & even ordering one meal to go. The ambience gives off an old Perkins or eatin park which makes me feel reminiscent. I really enjoy this restaurant and its range of meals and flexibility in changing things up from the menu. Luckily they have many combinations so you try a few things. Sign says kids eat free on Saturdays. On the back of the menu I discovered the 60s and older senior menu with a few options @ $8.95. I ordered the one spinach cheese benedict, fresh fruit, home fries 2 links of sausage. Huge portions. Home fries nicely seasoned, slices of cantaloupe, pineapple and honey dew melon. First time here. We ordered through uber eats-so no input on the restaurant itself. We ordered 2 of the coco chocolate waffle. The portions that arrived were very generous. Food came out fast and tasted fresh, the service was friendly. The location looks clean, open and easy on the eyes. My only complaint would be the home fries, better to use fresh potatoes than the frozen ones. Also please add toast as an option to some of the meal selections. The service here was good. The people seem very friendly. We ate brunch here and there are both good and not so good points. The portions here are huge! Even if you are a very big eater...you will get plenty to eat. My husband and I shared the "brunch" plate and couldn't finish it. Overall the food is decent but I wouldn't rush back. The crepe is light and fluffy but the French toast was dry and heavy. We ordered a side of hollandaise and it's a good size but made with chicken base so it has a weird texture and flavor. Eggs were cooked perfectly over medium. The potatoes had absolutely no seasoning and were cooked with more green onion than potato. Wow the food is excellent . They give you 5 eggs in an omelette huge proportions .Lindsay the waitress was cheerful and friendly very pleasant . I had fresh squeezed orange juice wow !!!!!!! Stopped in to the Proino Breakfast and Lunch restaurant around 1 o'clock. We were greeted on arrival by a hostess/server asking if we wanted a table or booth. I said table and we walked three steps and she pointed to the first table and said nothing. Our server came over shortly after to take a drink order. Drinks came quickly. A few minutes later the server returned. "Do you know what you'd like?" My wife said she'd like the pastrami sandwich. "Fries good with that?" She answered yes and then she asked me for my order. I asked for the Blue Cheese Omelet. "Home fries or French fries?" I opted for the home fries. She then walked away. The menu states the pastrami also includes a salad. I guess not today. The pastrami was as dry as could be, with a huge glob of mustard. Fries were good. Still waiting for that salad. My omelet was light on the blue cheese, very dry and had NO bacon. There was very little sausage but an overwhelming amount of smoked ham. Home fries were nicely seasoned and the best part of the meal. Just before we finished the server came back and put the check down. Only then did we find out her name. Overall this wasn't much better than average- a disappointment when compared to other visits. I would say 3.5. Why? This is a good option for a to go morning breakfast while at work or if you want to get a quick bite to eat before going about your day. I will focus on the good about Proino's. I have done to go orders there regularly because they are near my job. I like the sizing of the portions of food and I do feel that the prices are very reasonable. Also I think it's great that since I am following a low-carb diet and there are some options in there combos that I'm not supposed to eat, it's very nice that they are willing to do substitutions because some restaurants do not. She brought me 1 box then the order I put in Togo with her didn't even have the fruit so she didn't check it before giving it to me. I will never visit this restaurant again. My waitress... who was the manager... brings me a filthy coffee cup with lipstick covering one side. It wasn't like it was a little bit... the whole rim on one side. She blames it on the dishwasher but it's her job to check her product or cups before serving it. The next thing, there are only 4 other tables in this place so you'd think breakfast would be nice and hot. ICE COLD! I didn't eat or drink anything in this place and if you don't want to get sick...
