It seems like as soon as you raise any concerns with this shop, they get hostile and start yelling at you. UPDATE 6/29: Just received a call saying to pick up my car. The associate on the phone said "We don't do jobs for customers who leave scathing google reviews". This is the most unprofessional, and discriminatory shop I've ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE, you will be slave to their questionable business practices and when you begin to ask questions, they verbally harass you and then refuse to work on your car. Instead of listening and caring for their customers, they bully them around and expect a thank you in return. UPDATE #2 6/29: Another bodyshop called Classic to let them know they would be transferring the vehicle tomorrow. The associate on the phone immediately started yelling at the lady from the other bodyshop and told her "I'm gonna leave his car parked in the street with his windows down and the keys in the ignition!". I'm shocked at this point that Classic is frankly still in business and that customers tolerate this kind of treatment from a business owner. Humble, funny, straightforward, dedicated to his craft, experienced, and a man I came to admire after listening to his life story. Now lets get down to business. What he did for my car. I have been planning on getting my 2010 Acura TSX detailed for over 5 years. To say it looked in desperate need of a detail is an understatement: the inside cabin was disgusting from my helping a friend with food deliveries. Spills in the carpet. Black marks on the plastic molding near the seats. Leather in need of conditioning. The clear coat had scratches everywhere. The car had not been waxed correctly since it was new. A recent problem with the alignment made me consider selling the car or trading it in. I stopped in to see Ed and explained my situation. Despite the fact that he had a two week backlog, despite the fact that he usally is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, he told me he would help me out and detail the car on the Saturday during the Memorial Day weekend. Are you kidding me? What business does that today? The car took way more time than he anticipated- it was that bad. He had to run the ionizer to make it smell fresh. It took over three hours just to do the inside! The outside took another three plus hours. To tell you the transformation was amazing does no justice to the job he did. Ed is a rock star of auto appearence! If this was an ad for weight loss the before photo would feature a very very large, out of shape human to a lean, mean, workout machine you cant believe is the same person. The pictures I am posting to accompany this review will give you an idea of the level of professionalism and excellence in what Ed achieved. His attention to detail was spectacular. So meticulous. The hand wax job was put to the test immediately the day he returned the car as it rained all day yet everything beaded up like a brand new automobile. The good news is, despite dings on both driver and passenger sides, the chip in the windshield, the cracked housing of the driver's rear view mirror, the spot where somone sideswiped my car, I recieved the best offer on trade I could have hoped for. I assure you this - if Ed had NOT done such an amazing job, I would have had to accept a much lower trade-in value. My good friend in the body and fender business was shocked that I recieved such a great offer and attributed it primarily to the job Ed did. In fact, when my co-worker saw the car, he asked for Ed's card so he could get HIS two cars detailed. I am now a raving fan of Allen's Auto Appearence. If he could make my car look like it looks NOW from how it looked the day I drove it in, he could work miracles on your car,truck or boat. I vote - Five stars - as good as it gets!

They did a lot and spent a long time making sure everything was perfect. The entire car was clear bra'd, so they had to remove most of the clear bra in order to be able to blend all the panels correctly. Tim forwarded me pictures of a few stages during the process and let me tell you, they do their craft meticulously. From the taping of the car panels to paint blending to disassembly/reassembly, as good as a new car from the factory. And they do their paintwork right, from using slow reducers for paintwork during the hot summertime to baking the car. The paintjob is probably the thing I'm most impressed with, given the clarity and depth of the paint without a single visible blemish or overspray. I believe one of the painters there has been doing this for more than 20 years, and it shows. Tim in particular was excellent. Thorough, honest communication and always happy and available to chat by phone or text. He alone would be reason enough to bring your car to this shop. But the key phrase here is trustworthiness, which everyone I interacted with at this business exemplified. The only caveat is that, as with anything in life, it takes time to do good work. So if you need your car in and out and don't care so much about perfection, another generic body shop may suit you better. This repair shop will definitely take the time it needs to do the work properly and won't cut corners just for faster turnover. So after pretty much a month from the time I dropped off my car at Karosserie to pickup again at Euro Coachwork, I have my car back in mint condition.
