Talked to a gentleman who said he'll get right back with us in an hour. Never called back! Three days went by and we called again the gentleman, Ishmael, said he would call us back in an hour. Never called back Call again and they put me on hold which actually went to somebody's voicemail. Left a message, and then I called back and said I was disconnected and connected to a voicemail Ishmael told me he was on the other line. Then I explained to him that we called three times now starting three weeks ago with a promise they would call us right back Never called us. Actually, they never dialed our number once I feel, since I am an established customer and spent thousands of dollars on a walk-in vault that they would at least have the respect enough to call us back and let us know that they're not able to do it or, at the very least, give us a recommendation of who can come out. They did not. But they did proceed to come up with all these excuses why they didn't call us back. Very unprofessional

The lady we spoke with appeared quite knowledgeable in the product, delivery, and appeared to be part owner. We were quite impressed. We considered a large fire model with free delivery. We went home to measure the space needed and really wanted to purchase from them. We also looked up pricing and reviews online before purchase and reached out to discuss a counter offer or if any negotiation was possible based upon differences in price. We never received a response ... and had verified the preferred form of contact at the show. Perhaps it was missed. Reluctantly we made the purchase thru another vendor at a much lower price point several days later. We would have paid more to work locally with a small family owned business. Disappointing that even a courtesy reply was not received that may have developed into a sale.

My safe was delivered, and when i returned home from work I went to try it out (the mechanical lock) and noticed it wasn't unlocking. At 9:00pm Cliff was walking me through the procedure and ended up finding out there was a problem with the assigned code, ended up finding the correct code and the issue was resolved. Big thanks to his professionalism and customer service skills as I was contacting him well beyond business hours to help me.

I called Liberty Safes to see if there was something that they could do, Liberty called the owner and the owner supposedly told them that I didn't pay for delivery and that is not what was agreed upon, or told to me on the delivery day. So all of the sudden the oversold safe can be bought but only if I pay more??? WOW! I don't do business like this!

Not only did he quickly fix the problem- he also noticed that my door was hard to close and on his own saw screws on hinges were not in tightly- he tightened them and now door opens and closes with ease. Also fixed deadbolt. To top it off, he noticed some damage on inside door jam and told me to have it checked for termites or carpenter ants. I had no idea but yes he was right- I had it checked out by pest control and yes I have termites! Such a pleasant, kind, and expert technician- amazing! Goes above and beyond! Highly recommend

I contacted this business to program my Key fob. I went to this business and the owner came out…read moreto the parking lot to do the programming. He spent about fifteen minutes on the job and told me it was the wrong one. I paid him for the job 90$. I sent back the fob and ordered the correct one. When I brought back the second one he attempted to program it. After not being able to program it., he told me the car was the issue. I said ok what's next? He said he had a friend that would look at it the next day He said he would call me the next day to have him try The next day came, and he never called me. I tried at least six times to call him throughout the day and he never picked up his phone once, nor called me. When he told me the car was the problem I asked him for my money back and told me no. He is a very unscrupulous business man. He not someone I would ever call to fix any of my locks for sure. He's very dishonest and not someone who plays fair. I would not trust him to go ten feet near any of my locked areas!
