I called Joe at PBC Locksmith, and he said he could be there in a half hour! He showed up just on time, was super friendly and really knowledgeable! The deadbolt was completely broken so he took that out and replaced it, and was able to just rekey the bottom lock. From start to finish he was probably done in a half hour, and simple payment through credit card. I will definitely be keeping his number in case any other lock emergencies should arise! I can tell she enjoys her career. While I was there, someone came in asking a question. She called the owner and he answered right away. I can tell that this company offers great customer service. While I was waiting, I remembered I needed a spare key to a lock box. She was honest in telling me that she didn't have the exact key but that she would try to duplicate it. If by chance I had any issues with the key I could come back. Mr. Sharpies is reasonably priced and I would highly recommend them for your locksmith needs.

Great locksmith. I had a master key that I needed duplicated for some custom wooden cigar locker…read moremodules. Thus far my search had been a nightmare. I had been to three separate locations already: Home Depot (who didn't even have the key type), Lee's locksmith (who couldn't make one that would work), and Sharpie's Locksmith (who also couldn't get any to work - I went twice). Feeling defeated, I decided to try my luck one last time. It helped that this location was not out of the way back either. Conveniently located on Stirling just West of the 95 exit. I get there with the locker door and key. The moment you walk in you notice that the place is spotless and everything is meticulously organized. The other two locksmith locations I visited were a mess. A nice young lady assisted me and matched up my key to a bunch of similar sized ones. As all others before here she chose one and attempted to duplicate it. Once again, no working key. She asked if I could leave the door for her locksmith to take a look at it and said it would only be about 45 mins. I left the door and awaited a call. About a hour later I got a call from the locksmith and he said he had my keys ready and everything worked. Apparently all they needed was a little grinding from when they come out of the machine and they were good to go. This place was the only spot who were detailed enough to get me the keys I needed and in under an hour. If I ever need a locksmith again I will definitely be calling them.

My girlfriends Triple AAA sent out a second key maker -they did the same job for 50 bucks. Ill be filing a claim with my bank to get a refund from this service. Stay away from
