My son's appointment was scheduled for 11:15 AM. We arrived at 11, checked in, and waited while the office was already behind schedule. He wasn't taken back until 11:21 AM. At that time, I briefly stepped outside to take an urgent call from my other son's school. I returned promptly at 11:28AM to sign paperwork, only to be told our appointment was canceled for being "past time."...This was unacceptable Honestly, The original delay was from their office, not us, and I was still on-site, ready to continue care. My frustration is that not enough time had even passed to justify canceling the appointment! It truly felt like I was being given a hard time because was lunch, rather than being treated with understanding or fairness. The ugly lead receptionist also refused to let me sign the paperwork when I returned, which would've prevented this entire issue! Instead, I was treated as if I had abandoned the appointment when I was simply tending to my family during your staff's delay. When I tried to explain, I was met with cold, dismissive behavior and repeated scripted responses about policy And procedure. This lack of empathy caused me to experience a panic attack since I would have to figure out new Transportation and daycare again! No parent should be treated that way for standing up for themselves and just trying to get into their scheduled appointment. Especially when the office was originally at fault for being late, it was always for me to get off work early and my son missed school so it was very annoying. Additionally, after my complaint, I reviewed my billing statements and discovered serious inconsistencies. The first statement from your office showed a balance of over $1000! appearing as though my insurance was not properly billed and that I owed over $7590 out of pocket. After I questioned it, a new statement was issued showing a corrected balance of $195.50 with updated contractual adjustments. This raises significant concern that incorrect billing or incomplete insurance submissions may be occurring. If I had not caught the error myself, I would have overpaid by hundreds of dollars. I requested that a formal billing audit be performed for my account to ensure all claims were properly processed and reported to insurance. very unprofessional. They are clearly not FQHC! Very rude, lazy and inconsiderate of their patients! Beware of scams from this office. DO NOT GO HERE

If you are unfamiliar with hospital food you may want to reconsider your preconceived notions. These whipped potatoes are very similar to mashed potatoes in that may have originated as a potato and serve delightfully as a no frills substitute, trust me you will wish you had more or something else. The Pot roast is very consistently cooked and brown and serves a a fat free protein that complements the whipped potatoes. With a bit a brown gravy you will have a beautiful rainbow of earth tones for your taste buds. To continue with our brown theme and also saving the best for last, I suggest dipping a chocolate chip cookie into the what has now become soft serve ice cream, it will soften up the cookie and create something like an MRE ice cream sandwich. Smith.and stated it was in my recent emergency care prior visit to verify my summary and the attention wasn't given and then when I mentioned to Megan her disposition was unprofessional, rude and truly bias and I wouldn't go their late night and expect to get the same care as in the daytime.... that's why nursing homes get bad reputations... being evil just because some people are evil and they like to exploit others weaknesses, so they work were there are vulnerable victims that they can prey upon. Multiple doctors are housed here, including folks for weight loss surgery, vascular surgeons, and many more specialists. Parking is decent but sometimes it can be hard to find a spot. Valet parking is $4 or free if you have a handicapped sign in your car. There are wheelchairs right inside the entrance that a valet can bring you, or you can bring your own. Upon entering, check in by the first floor entrance. Then they will send you to your actual appt and you'll check in again.

Offered a great sense of humor, a thorough and quick exam. Made sure to let us know we were cutting it close to pharmacy closing hours and made sure we had a paper copy of the prescription just in case it lagged in the pharmacy system to ensure we got what we needed that same night. We have been here a number of times now, and it is always the best experience. I called prior to our visit to ask about out copay and was audibly concerned and stressed, and the receptionist reminded me to take a deep breath, and let us know they'd get us taken care of before we even stepped foot in the door. If you're a local, this is the place to go for non emergency medical needs, 10/10.
