Preferably soon, and without leaving the room. Enter Meet Bowl, discovered on Yelp. Korean, decent ratings, and most importantly... delivery. Ordering through their website was easy and the food arrived surprisingly fast, which immediately lowered my blood pressure. We ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl and the beef MeatBowl. Portions were generous, especially the protein. One came over steamed-fried rice, the other over noodles, and both were flavorful and satisfying without feeling heavy. Thanks to them I managed to practice yoga, eat a proper meal, and still show up to my client session as a functioning human being instead of a travel zombie. Good food, efficient service, and exactly what we needed at that moment. Sometimes a restaurant doesn't just feed you, it rescues your evening.

They offer an almond milk option for boba tea and chocolate pearls! Never tried them before but they were good. The banana boba tea tastes like a banana laffy taffy. I was greeted immediately and Kyla asked me if I was there to place or pick up an order. I told her it was my first time. So, she approached me and shared EVERYTHING about Crumbl. They have different cookies weekly. This week they had some great choices but the Dubai cookie was sold out. They make all their cookies in house. So the classics include chocolate chip wich I had to order for hubby. A classic warm brown sugar cookie loaded with melty milk chocolate chips and rich semi-sweet chocolate chunks and a pinch of sea salt. She gave me all the recommendations and what her favs were. I also ordered S'mores cookies which were thin so they came in a set. Well they all did! I got a 4 pack for $17 but it was two cookies per favor. I got the red velvet, which were ok BUT OMG my favorite was the Cookie Butter Cookie Thins ft. Biscoff-Two thin cookie butter cookies rolled and baked with crunchy Biscoff pieces. THESE cookies will cause complete chaos if you dont be careful! The taste, warmth and oh THE TASTE again! I loved the crumbles on. I will most definitely go back. It was chic, clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and kind. Kyla even threw in an extra sweet treat for me! Thanks Crumbl! SYOY!

They do this for a living so it's not a surprise. See it here https://youtu.be/bN9SyE1O8TM The ice cream was so good and I loved that they had the birthday cake flavor. I'm just really disappointed in the customer service. The young lady who was taking my order was such in a rush, even though there was nobody behind me. I hated that she kept tapping her pin in a rush like she was tired of waiting on me. There was no Georgian sweet customer service. No genuine hello, no eye contact, no smile, no conversation at all. Then she points for me to tip her. There should not even be a tip function. It's fast food, they make more an hour than I ever did in fast food and I'm sure they live at home. I'm not giving my hard earned money anymore so people can party and buy fake nails. I will give it if I want to... People need to remember that tipping is for people who make less than minimum wage. The Youngboy was nice he gave me my ice cream but I had to ask for a spoon. It should be common sense to give each customer a spoon to eat their ice cream with when it comes and a bowl. And everybody needs a napkin. It just irritates me because I know Customer Service. I know fast food. I know the restaurant industry and I've managed. Can't stand incompetence and laziness.

I went to purchase a half gallon of ice cream after seeing it listed online for $23.99. When I went…read moreto the counter, I was initially told that they don't sell half gallons and that I would have to purchase two quarts for $13.99 each ($27.98). After I questioned this because I had just seen the half gallon online, the employee changed the order and said the half gallon was available--but the price at the counter was $25.99. I asked if they would honor the $23.99 online price, and they refused saying their system does not allow for price adjustments and to order it online. Instead of the owner resolving the issue or explaining the price difference, he walked to the back of the store and never returned to speak with me. I ultimately left without purchasing anything. I compared the prices at the Due West Marietta location and the half gallon is $18.99, I checked the online price again and noticed the Austell location was now showing $25.99 for the half gallon instead of the $23.99 I had seen earlier. So clearly the owner went to the back to change the price. I have been a regular customer here, but after this interaction with the franchise owner and the way the situation was handled, I will not be returning to this location. I hope Bruster's corporate office takes a serious look at both the pricing practices and customer service at this store.
