Cool experience at Crumbl for the first time. Kyla was there to help me and she explained wverything. Let's talk about it. Crumbl is located in the Douglasville Pavilion on Chapel Hill. I was greeted immediately and Kyla asked me if I was there to place or pick up an order. I told her it was my first time. So, she approached me and shared EVERYTHING about Crumbl. They have different cookies weekly. This week they had some great choices but the Dubai cookie was sold out. They make all their cookies in house. So the classics include chocolate chip wich I had to order for hubby. A classic warm brown sugar cookie loaded with melty milk chocolate chips and rich semi-sweet chocolate chunks and a pinch of sea salt. She gave me all the recommendations and what her favs were. I also ordered S'mores cookies which were thin so they came in a set. Well they all did! I got a 4 pack for $17 but it was two cookies per favor. I got the red velvet, which were ok BUT OMG my favorite was the Cookie Butter Cookie Thins ft. Biscoff-Two thin cookie butter cookies rolled and baked with crunchy Biscoff pieces. THESE cookies will cause complete chaos if you dont be careful! The taste, warmth and oh THE TASTE again! I loved the crumbles on. I will most definitely go back. Mini cookies were gross! Texture on the strawberry milkshake was too soft. It was more of a wet sauce. The cookies are good, but the staff can't seem to get their act together. There's always some glitch that makes the curbside pickup not work, so you waste time waiting in your car AND waiting inside the store for cookies you pre-ordered. Don't bother ordering ahead thinking you're going to get what you ordered, either. I get my notification that the order is ready for pick-up at 519pm. Watch other people walk in order after me from the kiosk and get their orders. I don't get my order until 20 minutes after waiting. These cookies might taste amazing but this place is a nightmare for gig workers. They charge way too much for just 4 cookies. I've never accepted a delivery order coming from this place due to nobody tipping well. The least you can order is a 4 pack of cookies for $16 and with all the delivery fees I'm sure it comes out to close to $20. If a customer happens to actually tip well even $8 they end up paying $30 for 4 cookies and that's just insane and impractical. read more

They have six different cookies so you may not get the cookie you really want on a weekly basis. We've waited weeks for the ones we really like and I hate that. Went to this business to do a pickup for a customer. If u like to watch a circus making cookies go right ahead. It was 90% unprofessional behavior and the 4 employees that were working must have had some home training or qere not part of the clique popular children who were getting intoned fights, running around the store chasing each other, and even taking dough and bashing the dough on others heads. This was a HORRIBLE experience. Please do not go to this location. First, I noticed a lot of people were inside and had confused faces. There were about 7-10 workers looking lost, not knowing how to handle the large amount of people inside . The line for pickup was extremely long. The computers to order were no longer working. Nobody was physically taking order at the register. The workers were all teenagers and were not helpful. There was no communication between the employees and customers. They were moving EXTREMELY slow like there wasn't a line out the door. There was no need for urgency to them. I wasn't even able to place my order. Crumbl is 30 minutes away from me and I was inside waiting for 20 minutes. I understand since it is the last day to order this weeks cookies a lot of people are going to order, but there needs to a be system where people are taking order, doing curbside, carry out, and baking. The management needs to do better at giving orders for everyone to have a sufficient establishment. read more
