It felt more like a sales call than a service call. I understand that HVAC systems sometimes do need to be replaced, but homeowners deserve an honest diagnosis and reasonable repair options before being presented with a $29,000 proposal. It's difficult not to question the integrity of a recommendation when a blown fuse is mistaken for a $29,000 replacement. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage anyone facing a major recommendation from this company to seek a second opinion before making such a significant financial decision.
