I called Andres on Friday to see if they accept card because I wanted to make an appointment with them for Saturday. He was very courteous and told me how the payment method would work (they send an invoice with Quickbook). I then set an appointment for 3PM cause their morning services were all booked! At around 6-7, I received a call from Andres for confirmation of appointment and a run down of what type of floors I have, the number of rooms, etc. This was so he could be prepared with the cleaning supplies he needed. The call itself had already won me over since I would be comforted to know him and his team is well prepared. They arrived at 3PM, very courteous team of 3 (Andres included and two super sweet woman). They started with upstairs and worked all the way to downstairs. Along the way, Andres would show me what he has done so far so that I could be updated. A real honest guy who is doing everything he can for his business and I truly respect that. There is a lot of heavy furniture at my place but they made the effort to move them and truly clean out the bottom instead of doing the minimal. They were done by 7 and when I stepped into the house, it smelled great! I have allergies and my nose is definitely appreciating the dust-free environment. The bathrooms were spotless and the tub and sink was bright white. The floors were dusted, mopped, and vacuumed with their professional vacuum cleaner. All the rugs were vacuumed over several times. My dogs sometimes potty on them and miraculously the stench seems to be gone! The sliding doors and windows were as clean as they could be. Thank you for doing such an amazing job especially since it is Saturday and I know you all have families to get back to. You didn't try to rush even when it was getting late and you put customer service first. Thank you guys! I look forward to using your services again and recommending you guys for my company. P.S. Honestly I dont even need to write a review the pictures speak for themselves. I have many more in case you need more proof but heres what happened to us. We had to hire someone last min to do our deep cleaning before move in. We hired andres and his team and he seemed so nice over the phone. He told us they would be there at 7am and I confirmed they must come early because pest control was supposed to come at 2. He confirmed he and his team can do it and it would be enough time. Then the hell began. My husband got to our home at 930 and no one was there so he called andres and he said they were on the way. His team showed up but andres was not there. Again husband called and he said that he would be there later to do our windows. The women he sent did a terrible job and when thry said they were finished i took a look. When I asked them if they had finished the bathroom that still had stains on the sink, they said yes and said the stains are paint. I grabbed some wet toilet paper and it wiped right off. I said thats not paint and not my definition of deep cleaning. The floors still had Footprint's on it and i checked the other bathrooms and windows that still had dirt and dust from the remodel. The one toilet upstairs which i shared a pic of literally had urine stains still left on it. I was furious and instead of apologizing the girls started giving me attitude getting defensive saying its because there is too much dust. Yea, thats why we hired cleaners to do a deep clean. As I started taking pictures they tried to go over and clean some of it even though they argued it was clean. Finally I called andres and he insisted his team does a good job usually. At this point my voice is shaking, we are supposed to move in the next day and the place looks like a shitshow. I told him to come over and look for himself, and as im speaking one of the girls who looked like a convict was glaring at me like she wanted to hurt me. If something were to happen to my house I will know it was them for sure. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. And we have cameras so we will catch them. Sound paranoid? Well you would be too if you saw the way his workers looked at me and handled the whole situation. We told him that the work is unacceptable and we will not be paying anything for this. My husband told him to come over and we will walk you thru and you can decide if they should be paid anything. Later andres called, and did apologize and said he will not take the money ,but thats not enough. I am just sharing because I wanted to be fair that he made an attempt to rectify it. However whats done is done. I am devastated because we now have to move in to a filthy home, then call another cleaner to come and do the job right, after we move in which is a terrible way to enter your new home. Do not use this company, i would not believe these other reviews that are 5 stars especially the ones that have only 1 or 2 reviews. All the pics added other than mine were added by himself. We are currently using Pronto Cleaning Service for our company, and the work done by Andres is remarkable and he pays special attention to details. Our men's restroom was very stinky with odor and (pee pee) on the floor that has been there for years! Once Andres did his deep cleaning and sealing the floors the smell was gone. The place always looks so clean. Andres also stripped our floors and applied a 3M floor sealer on top of the wax. Andres and his crew do a great job cleaning our 20,000sqft office. They are very detailed and always looking for ways to improve their service. They even use different towels to clean the restroom and the rest of the office (red for restroom, blue for office), I can't believe no one else has thought of this before! The chemicals they use are top of the line and Andres doesn't mind spending a little extra money or time to do an outstanding job.
