In fact, it is a much more pleasant experience than dining at some of the city's restaurants. There is a unique culture and identity here, almost in the same way that Publix has built its reputation. Everyone is exceptionally polite. The first thing you receive upon entering is a warm welcome, kind words, genuine smiles, and outstanding customer service. I truly believe this is a reflection of the leadership of the store manager, Mr. Expedito. He is always in a good mood, friendly, courteous, and takes the time to personally interact with every customer who walks through the door. Because this location is close to my workplace, I have visited many times, and every single visit has been a consistently excellent experience. This time, I finally decided to put my thoughts into writing so that these words can reach the team and help them continue feeling motivated to provide an experience that customers would never expect from a fast-food restaurant--one that makes you feel genuinely valued and exceptionally well cared for. They advertise to be NY pizza and honestly, Sam's Club or Costco pizza is better. Not NY pizza at all! The guy behind the counter was also very rude. After noticing that two customers had placed their order and left with them while I was still waiting, I went up to the counter and checked on my order. His reply was "what pizza? I have a lot of pizzas here!" To wait 38 minutes for subpar pizza and crappy service is unacceptable! Beware!

She didn't apologize and stated that unless I brought the food in there was nothing she could do and her hands were tied to theor policy, even with pictures I took. She also said there's no way the food was not fresh, basically insinuating I was lying. I asked if there is somewhere else I can provide feedback since she wasn't able to handle the situation and had no empowerment to resolve my concern at all. She gave me an email address which I will contact, though I expect no response. I will not return as all she had to do was take ownership of the situation and provide a replacement meal, a refund, or a coupon for future and apologize things went wrong. I want to share that this company does not care about quality or service recovery in their business to ensure things go right nor resolve things that go wrong and caution you to waste money there as it isn't cheap!
