We ordered pizza from Papa Johns(PJ) on 12/28/2025, it never arrived. We got an alert saying the Uber eats (UE) driver dropped it off. We realize the address only said Highway 27, the street address didn't load (trying to use autofill). My husband called PJ and the manager said he couldn't do anything about it and to call UE. We called Uber eats, they said the pizza was dropped off on Highway 27. Neither PJ nor UE could tell us what happened with the pizza. The manager at PJ said the driver never called or returned the pizza. The driver didn't call us either. After sending an email complaint, the same evening, the PJ manager lied and said he called us and UE to try and resolve the situation. There was no record that he called us. And, if he tried to call us, why didn't he say that he called us, when we called and said no person called. Ultimately, we disputed the charge and our money was refunded and I ended up cooking dinner (sad face). Shameful. The PJ manager is a liar. The UE driver is a thief. The customer had to cook...smh. read more

Today, on this beautiful Friday, I visited your establishment and placed an order totaling more than $40. Unfortunately, the customer service I received did not reflect the level of professionalism I expected. After placing my order, I politely asked the employee at the front counter if there was a customer restroom available. I was informed that the restroom was "only for the workers." While I understand that businesses establish their own policies, the response lacked courtesy and professionalism, especially considering I was a paying customer. I then asked if there was a trash receptacle available so I could dispose of a small piece of paper. I was simply told that there were no trash cans available. Once again, the interaction felt dismissive rather than customer-focused. I have never met this employee before, so my comments are based solely on this experience. His attitude came across as unwelcoming and indifferent, which negatively impacted what should have been an enjoyable visit. Customer-facing employees represent the company, and their professionalism directly influences the customer experience. Leadership plays a critical role in establishing service standards. If this interaction reflects the expectations of the team, I encourage management, including Alberto, to evaluate how customer service is being modeled, coached, and reinforced. Every interaction is a choice. Choosing professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude creates a better experience for customers and a stronger reputation for the business. Possibly worst pizza I have ever had. Doughy, chewy, flavorless, delivery was good and quick however it could not make up for how bad the pizza was our entire group ate one slice if that. So bad we threw away leftovers because even our teenage boys wouldn't eat it. read more

One star is the lowest rating available or I would have given it no stars. I ordered two medium pizzas, one with sausage and the other just cheese. Both pizzas were undercooked and the sausage pie had hardly any sausage. When I called and expressed my dissatisfaction, the manager said that as far as toppings were concerned they had formula for the amount to be used (in my case it appeared to be closer to none). Went in hoping for a nice and fresh lunch, but I was sadly disappointed. The garlic knots were FULL of grease. So much to the point where they were soggy and mushy as if they weren't even cooked. The breadsticks tasted like they had just taken them out of a freezer bag and microwaved them. Some were even still cold. Finally, To the main dish, I had tried their pizza in hopes of it tasting good, off the fact that a close friend recommended it to me. I took one bite, and found a piece of long brown hair.
