I work for a large corporation that maintains about 70 buildings throughout California and my Gardena facility requested to have some bathroom door locks installed. He responded very quickly to me and was generally awesome to speak to, very kind and understanding, and made sure he understood my request over the phone as he wouldn't be seeing me at the facility. He came out the next day to install the locks and did an exemplary job at it, also keeping me informed.. This is all things i expected... what i didn't expect. The wrong locks were installed. He called me about 10 minutes after he left saying one of our facility teachers contacted him saying it was the wrong lock.. I contacted the facility and it turns out I instructed Luis to install the wrong type of lock.. I was not told the exact lock from my people and I made the mistake of assuming.. I contacted Luis again and he said, no problem at all, and basically took care of it. He ordered the correct lock and only charged me the difference in the two locks.. no secondary service fee, nothing. Just one flat rate and much cheaper than the lock itself costs as he said he would keep the wrong lock. I hate leaving a review like this but i'm shocked with the amazing reviews this company received and how much of a rip off they were. When the technician arrived he told my husband it would cost $220 and we thought he was joking. 5 mins to open a 2013 car with air pump and they charged us $270!!!!!! Insane! I told them to lock the key back in the car and we'd get business elsewhere. So disappointed. After I called to complain they lowered the price back to $220!
