I called Luis after locking myself out of my apartment. He quoted me $65, and arrived on site within 15 minutes (I called around 8 or 9 PM). He was very nice, friendly, punctual, and professional. He was able to unlock my door in about 10 minutes. Based on the other reviews, it seems like an extra key was provided to some customers, but I didn't ask for one. Our house had an old lock that started to give our family a trouble the past few weeks. It got to the point where the door wouldn't unlock unless you try a few key turns with a lot of force. Looked up a locksmith and found Pronto on Yelp with perfect reviews. Gave them a call and Luis answered. He asked about the old lock brand and color. He gave an approximate quote and time. Luis came out to our house in about 2 hours with a near matching lock. He fixed all of our problems and fixed other older 2 locks as well. Stopped by because i made the bone headed move of locking a glove box that get stuck. Needed the front door deadbolt fixed after a previous locksmith installed it incorrectly. I had 4 doors to rekey at home and I called Pronto. The owner of Pronto (Luis) gave me a quote over the phone and he did the job himself. I called other locksmith's and his quote was reasonable. My 2nd time using this business. I called and got an appointment for the following morning. My kitchen door locks wouldn't latch securely in the door hinge. I called Pronto Locksmith Service on Friday afternoon for 10am Saturday appointment. He arrived 5 minutes early and was very pleasant, professional and quick! Greeted me with a handshake and a smile! He changed a broken lock and replaced one cylinder. All his prices was very reasonable. For the lock that he changed, he was very attentive to the medal color.
