He took the time to review the repair records, investigate the issue, and ultimately provided a refund without making excuses or shifting blame. I really appreciated his honesty, patience, and commitment to making things right. While the repair itself did not work out as expected, the customer service was excellent. I contacted a bunch of electronics repair shops on yelp for quotes and this was both the fastest to reply to me, the shortest repair time, and the lowest price by $50-$150 compared to the other shops. They had to ship in the part in cuz I have a less common phone, but it arrived next day! (other companies I got quotes from said 3-4 days before it would even arrive). They wanted a $20 deposit for the part order that I was able to pay online. The part arrived next day, and I brought in my phone. It only took 45 min to replace my screen and get me on my way. Fast service and cost slightly less than the quoted flat rate. Highly recommend 10/10

    I was told to go here by Samsung simply to be told that cosmetic scratches voided MY 3 months old…read moreSamsung Z Fold 6. Instead I have to pay $250 to get a refurbished $2000.00 phone. The customer service sucked, he didn't even tell me what was wrong with the phone or offer any type of diagnostic. He seen the scratches and shut down giving any advice or suggestions.. I will call Samsung and give them a earfull. I'm a customer experience manager and if I were to ever hear of one of my associates giving this type of half hearted effort to ANY CUSTOMER, they would be reintroduced to a training class.. Whoever replies to these comments, please miss me with the copy & paste response. Tell how your associate could have made this experience much better. IF you can't do that, don't embarrass yourself with a copy and paste reply.

I called the anderson location with a concern with a "Swolen-dangerous" battery on my Samsung Galaxy A14 phone. I spoke with a Really Rude/Bossy employee named Myra that was so hurried/rushed and inconsiderate that I was reluctant to drop off my phone. I am handicapped and had trouble finding the battery so since she said they had only One left in stock, I decided to drop it off that day. When I showed up at the store, she was even More Rude and inconsiderate and whenever I tried to ask a question about turn around time, ie she cut me off and derogatively called me "Boss"!!?! She quoted me a price and I asked her if she needed my pin # and she rudely cut me off again and replied "Boss, I'll get to that". They made me feel miserable and like I felt like I should feel honored that they got to work on my phone. There are dozens of these types of business out there, they aren't special...if my caregiver who dropped me off had more time I would have found a different store to give my business to. She was in such a Hurry that she didn't bother to get Anything but my last name and cell phone number. No address/email or physical/no first name/when I asked if I were in the system, she just kept bullying me thru the sale. When I asked for a physical receipt or even an emailed receipt, she replied, "You don't need one, we have cameras everywhere!!??!". HUH!!?! that makes Zero sense. Expecting someone to leave a phone with a complete stranger-for all I know, she's a convicted felon and now has my pin # and access to All my banks, private stuff, ie. THAT'S ABSURD. My caregiver was in a hurry, so I left the phone, but then decided after about 30 minutes that this was Not a good idea, at all. So I called the store back and asked to speak to a manager. I got Jimmy on the phone and he was equally Unhelpful. When I told him I was just going to come pick up the phone,he gave me a text message that looked like a kindergardener wrote. I emailed "Support@ubreakifix.com" Three days later I still had not received ANY reply so I called their customer service phone number. I spoke with Eric from Asurion/LG premium care plan and he just made countless excuses saying that was not his department!!?! I filed Another FORMAL COMPLAINT but was told they would not get back to me till around Tuesday. HUH!!?! I called the store when my phone was ready to be picked up to make sure I could get a receipt after I Paid for the phone and Jimmy said yes. So I went by to pick it up and asked for Jimmy after All this aggravation to make sure I was in fact going to receive a receipt after payment. He was Very Rude, and unhelpful and told me the counter clerk could help!!?! ZERO/WORST/MISERABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE!! God bless All and Happy Memorial day weekend

Buying a cell phone is about as much fun as a root canal, but Lupe (her "official name" is Tejada) goes out of her way to help out the customer. I was there to buy an iPhone on a promotion, and had all my info ready. However, there was a "glitch" in porting the number and Lupe did some creative "persuasion" to get them to push it through. While I waited to get the number transferred, another customer came in, but did not bring his required account number, pin number, etc. Lupe did an amazing job of getting this info from his previous carrier (again, using some "creative" skills!) and helped him get the promo code for a better deal than he originally came in the store to get (actually, the deal I was getting). Not many store personnel would be so thoughtful as to give the customer a better deal. To be honest, the decor and "waiting room" stools left much to be desired, but when I mentioned the hard metal stools, Lupe went into the office to get me a nice padded folding chair. THAT is my idea of real customer service!!!
