Worst experience with Verizon ever. I was prepared to buy a new iphone, trade in a perfectly good phone, and buy Apple AirPods. I wanted a receipt for paying off my phone and no one there could figure out how to give me one. They even called their customer support and they said it had to be requested before the payment. Shouldn't they know this at the store?? It took 3 people plus customer service and still I could not get a detailed receipt showing the payoff. It wasn't even reflected in my Verizon app. I have purchased phones since iPhone came out and never been treated like this. I was there for an hour, credit card ready and they were so unorganized, one guy was rude and walked away. The person trying to help me clearly was new and inexperienced. MARV is a POS salesperson. He manipulated me into buying "fully dressed" accessories for 4 new iphones and claimed that each line would receive $500 worth of Verizon credit. I should have known it sounded too good to be true. And he ported our lines over with so many mistakes that it took so much time to get right. He was never there when I'd try to come fix things and he never once reached out to apologize when he for sure knew he hustled us. Walked in and stood by the sign that said "wait here to be helped" and neither of the 2 employees who were helping other customers acknowledged me. I stood there for at least 5 minutes before finding a nearby chair to sit in. Sat for at least 10 minutes before walking out. Great experience! I chose a smaller store as I'm 70 and was activating my first I-phone (2011 Smartphone died), and Tim is my new hero! I was scared to death I wouldn't be able to use this newer device and am still a novice, but he took the time to setup the new system, including Sim card and jacket, and showed me the basics before I left the store. His final advice, "Be gentle with yourself! Go slow. Play with it every chance you get." Not your typical sales rep, he's a genuine salesman. Bad bissnes they do...told me one thing and it's something else....higher in price.....the sales person agreed and was trying to get the middle man to do something for me,,,,like maybe a,credit....the sales person said he could only reach the middle man by email only...lol....the sales person would never call me back when I ask please for a phone call,just playing tag with text....also,the sales person was out a lot with something ...also they charged me like $160 activation fee . Verizon told me it would be free if I had bought the phone through a true Verizon store.... Also the sales persons name was Dane...Never by from a,third party Verizon store ...they wont help to make things right!!! read more

The customer service I received when buying a screen protector was fantastic. I bought one yesterday and Chris (I think was his name) took time to put it on for me. However, I was in a hurry and didn't pay too much attention and later realized it was crooked. I went back today and Dennis helped me this time. He told me that the glass protector won't work with my phone since the screen is beveled. So he exchanged the one I bought with a liquid screen protector that also comes with a warranty like my first one did. Such a great focus on customer service at this store! read more
