Pepperoni Pizza. Same cheese consistency as Little Caesars and minimal sauce.

First time having pronto since I see it all the time omw to work figured id check it out. It's basically little caesars in regards to taste and quality [cheese consistency and mininal sauce almost dry]. Do I recommend? Ehh there's better similarly priced. Would i come back? Probably not. If its there and you want pizza conveniently.. I guess.

This is my first time trying this place. I came on Christmas Day was trying to find someplace that was open since everything was closed. They were open, had concha's and hot choclate for free and after they gave us our order it came with a very full goodie back full of Mexican candy. The people that worked there were very friendly and the pizza is very good.

The service very quick, and very nice employee!!!! I will be coming back to pizzas look delicious. Adilene is amazing woah never had seen such a faster person working!:) plates are extra but worth it they are thick .

I live near this location, and I've never ordered or walked inside this place. What have I been missing? I decided to order on doordash and I wanted a good cheese pizza so I decided to order their cheese pizza with Prontoroni style base which is spicy bean. I love it! Gives a plain cheese pizza a nice kick. Also ordered a veggie pizza and the veggies were super fresh. I also ordered some breadsticks and an 8 piece buffalo wings which my family said was great. I've been missing out! Will definitely be back for more!

Pretty similar to Little Caesar's in that they precook their pizzas and other items so that they're already ready when you order. We ordered a Pepperoni Pizza ($5.99) and Chicken Wings ($6.49). We were pretty much in and out of there in 2 minutes. The pizza was good. No complaints really. The crust is soft enough, even with my braces, and there's a good ratio between the sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Obviously it's not super fresh, so it's not like you're going to get a cheese pull out of it, but you get what you pay for. You could probably feed 2 or 3 people with 1 pizza. I really liked the wings though. The meat was really nice and tender and they put a good amount of sauce on it. For the price, it's pretty good. They still keep the pizza nice and hot so it's still warm when you eat it right after you get it. If you want something really fast, cheap, and convenient, then you can't really go wrong here.

I've ordered pizza in the past from here and it's always delicious. I've never reviewed them but I will today because of the exceptional customer service from Maribel. Seriously, I was very impressed with her (she's the girl that took my order over the phone and the one I paid when I picked up my order). You can tell that she works well with others because of her interaction and communication with the cook. Whoever hired her did a great job!! This is a great team and I'm a very happy customer!! Maribel, you have excellent work ethic and personality, keep up the great service!!

I love Pronto Pizza! It's fast, delicious and economical. That being said.... I understand that the economy isn't in the best shape at the moment, but only having 2 employees working on a Friday night is criminal. This place gets slammed on the weekends and the workers there are trying their best to take online, phone and walk-in orders at the same time. Get them some damn help on the weekends. They're always professional and polite as can be while being visibly overwhelmed by the work load. TLDR: Great food at a great price, but their manager really needs to send reinforcements on the weekends. read more

This is my go to pizza shop. I always get their blazing bean pizza and the flavor is incredible every single time. Its always served piping hot too. They dont skimp out on the toppings either, which I really appreciate. Prices are extremely fair for what you get. I love supporting local businesses like this one. Surprisingly good food. It was a late Saturday evening and I reached to Yelp to find pizza from somewhere different. Meaning someplace I hadn't ordered from before. Soon after I found Pronto Pizza which definitely seemed to be a change from dominos or Pizza Hut. I looked up Pronto in my food delivery app and not too much later had some Pronto pizza and wings. The pizza was good and the wings tasty. Good enough to say I would not hesitate to order them again. Thanks Pronto for adding to my pizza options. I will be ordering again. read more

I believe the manager Monica (she claimed she was the manager) did not want to make my boyfriend and I a fresh pizza. We told her we don't mind waiting an extra 15 mins for the pizza to be fresh. When we tried ordering the combo deal with the pizza, wings, and soda she said she's not going to make the pizza fresh. And in order to get a FRESH PIZZA we have to buy just the pizza alone or add the soda and wings separately. So the price was more expensive than when we could've got the combo deal. She was trying to give us pizza that was sitting there for a cool minute and the cheese barely looked melted. This is why we asked for a fresh pizza. But no, she kept saying she was going to give us the pizzas she already had sitting there. This was disrespectful and rude as we are still trying to give you service... read more

THE BEST "hot'n'ready" pizza spots in Industry/La Puente. The service is always good and friendly, the pizza is equally good. While the inside is small and there isn't room to sit and eat, the amount of time waiting is usually about as easy walking in and then out with a pizza. The quality of the pies is always excellent and I have never had a bad experience ordering (unlike other chains) . Its location makes it a little hidden, but with a Gas Station and a 7/11 nearby it makes for a great stop to pick up delicious dinner. 10/10! Underrated more people need to check it out. Also order the wings! read more

I am very disappointed in the the service from Monica the cashier who also claims to be a manager. I wanted to purchase the #4 with a freshly made pizza but Monica continued to refuse to make it fresh unless I pay almost an extra $8. She said I could only get a fresh pizza if I pay for all the items separately making everything much more expensive which makes no sense? I told her I didn't mind waiting an extra 15 mins for fresh food and yet she still denied to make me a fresh pizza. She kept pointing to a stack of pizzas which looked made already and said I could only get the combo if I get a pizza that's made already. I have done this before and my pizza was cold and stale which was why I was requesting a FRESH PIZZA this time! I will not be coming back here after years of coming here :( read more

I literally come here all the time. The women are soooo kind especially the manager (I believe that's her position) and the pizza is always fresh and good. came all the way to this location and they weren't even open when they said they would be. A good 20 minutes late and when I asked how long it'd take until they were ready to take orders they responded with attitude and said "i don't know maybe about 30 minutes or so since obviously I just arrived.":( read more

The worst customer service ever my order was suppose to be ready at 8:04pm and I waited til 8:20pm and one of the mangers has a horrible way of responding or approaching a situation. They need to change management and personnel. I wish I can speak to the owner that way he can be aware of the type of customer service they are conducting at this location read more

It was the massive wood-fired brick oven sitting inside what looked like a taco trailer. I actually had to do a double take. It felt like someone had folded an authentic Italian pizzeria into a food trailer using some sort of pizza wizardry. I visited on one of those 99°F days when the pavement feels personally offended by your existence. Watching Adam work next to that blazing oven made me sweat out of pure sympathy. Whoever is making those pizzas deserves a standing ovation... and probably unlimited lemonade. I ordered one of their best sellers, the **Debby's**, loaded with tomato sauce, fresh basil, mozzarella, sausage, and mushrooms. Then came the first bite. You know those moments when your brain quietly whispers, *"Yep... this is the one."* That happened. The crust was everything I want in a wood-fired pizza. Crisp on the outside, soft and chewy in the middle, with just enough stretch to make every slice fight back before letting go. That's the kind of resistance I'm happy to deal with. The tomato sauce tasted bright and fresh, with that lively acidity that says, "I met a tomato recently," instead of, "I've been living in a can since 2001." The mozzarella melted into every bite without stealing the spotlight. The mushrooms were juicy, the sausage had just the right amount of seasoning, and the basil tied everything together like the final note in a great song. What surprised me most wasn't that the pizza was good. It was *where* I found it. I never expected to discover pizza that reminded me of a great New York pizzeria right here in Hacienda Heights. For the longest time, I figured I'd have to drive to Los Angeles or Pasadena whenever a serious pizza craving hit. Looks like my gas tank just got a well-deserved break. Adamz Pizza Stop has officially earned a permanent spot on my pizza rotation. Sometimes the best slices aren't hiding in fancy restaurants. Sometimes they're coming out of a giant brick oven tucked inside a humble trailer, quietly making some of the best pizza in town.

It's a smaller restaurant, which made it feel welcoming and comfortable. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We also loved watching the soccer game on the big screen while enjoying our meal. My only suggestion would be to give a little more attention to the restrooms. They could be cleaned more frequently, and making sure hand soap is always stocked would really enhance the overall experience. So I've been to this location a couple of times and each time I've had different experiences... I've seen the good, the bad, and the uggggggggly here lol.. Normally their service is very fast, however they have one employee there who works at the pace of a snail, ooh and don't get me started on her eyebrows YIKKES!!!! Then there are a few who make my buying food their the best.. There is this cute Lil short girl who works there who is always smiling and giggling, you can tell she enjoys her job, then there's this other girl with really beautiful eyes who ALWAYS makes my day whenever I go in and she takes my order... She makes me feel like I've known her my whole life :) now that right there is a major thing when I think of places to continue to eat from... I give this place a 4 outta a 5 on food and price I give this place a 5 outta a 5 on speed I give a 5 outta a 5 on customer service And I give a 5 outta 5 on taste Other then the one slllllllllow employee they have at the registers I really enjoy going to PRONTO, I say everyone should get a raise but the slow one lol maybe someone needs to school her on her speed.. Really good pizza! I hate chain pizza places and prefer mom & pop chains. This place is really good! I've ordered twice already. I really enjoyed the combo pizza, really delicious but kind of pricey. Their carry out special are really great deals. I think for 2 Medium 1 topping pizza and 1 litter soda is $18. I'm pretty sure that's what we paid. I wouldn't eat this, the cheese is not that great, it kinda feels rubbery, I went down the street to little caesars and they gave me a better pizza. More registers opened for service vs pronto pizza only had 1 register and a line, pronto???? There was nothing pronto about this. BTW fresh cheese is supposed to run not just be solid, wack!! read more

I should have yelped this place before placing an order, I called at 7:30 for 2 pizza they said it would take 20 minutes I get here at 7:45 after looking for my order they said they never placed it. Now I'm waiting as if I never called ! Now to try it when it's finally ready. read more
