I actually never realized there was a dominos in the plaza. The space itself has plenty of parking, including directly in front of the building where you can easily hop out to get order. We order thru app which makes ordering easy and quick, plus you get deals otherwise not offered in store. The space is clean and has plenty of seating in the event you gave to wait. It also has a table and high top in the event you want to eat there. The staff is friendly. Greeted me as soon as I walked in. Looks like they are hiring at location too if anyone is interested is assistant manager/shift runner position. As far as taste goes, our household likes Domino's. Can't knock it as it's always a hit. And we've never had issues with incorrect order. From pizzas to pastas to oven baked sandwiches and desserts, we like it all. Thank you to the friendly staff. read more

I just ordered a large pizza with 5 toppings, that has to be the worst non tasting pizza I have ever ordered. Nothing but nothing had a taste to it. I could taste food better when I took chemo. If all Dominoes have such cheap and tasteless toppings, I will never get a pit from them. read more

I had the worst experience with a child worker who lied about being manager. It was clear he was lying to me the moment he answered the phone and refused to allow me to speak to a manager. After questioning him several times, he insisted he could remedy my issue. I proceeded to tell him I had to drive a long distance and midway through, the pizza was wrong. I offered to send him a photo with the dates on the pizza boxes but he insisted he has no way to tell if I was lying to him. He refused to to fix my issue and stated that he "highly doubts" the general manager would package my order wrong. That's when I realized he wasn't the manager. I asked for his name and he said he doesn't give out his name. I asked him again if he was the a manager and after lying to me a few more times he hung up on me. I understand people hate their jobs but dont take it upon yourself to fake being an unprofessional manager. Their consistency hasn't changed when it comes to making the pizzas but now they've added sandwiches,pastas and also desserts to fatten up the menu. Maybe not in that order but whatever tickles your fancy this spots got it nice and hot when you come in for the drop. Have recently started to order from this location and I have a few things to say. Customer service is amazing as they always welcome you when you enter the store. The girl who helped me recently was Diane and she was awesome. She really knows how to make someone feel welcomed. I ordered in the morning and she was very helpful letting me know what specials they had. After I ordered I could tell they had gotten busy by the other girl in the black shirt running around the store frantically. After I had received my food I can tell diane sure knows what she is doing. My pizza was absolutely perfect. Someone needs to tell this young girl that she is doing an absolute awesome job. I have been ordering pizza from Domino's for delivery at a specific time for about the last eight months and I usually get pizza from another pizza company but they never got it there on time ever since I started using dominoes and they know my husband does not get out of work until one or two minutes after than the delivery time There on time they take everything the food is hot the food is fresh my husband's happy his coworkers are happy because we order for everyone that's on my husband shift and we've been ordering every week. It's the store on Amar Road in Hacienda Heights these people are really Rockstars. Honestly this dominoes is the best out of all. Every time I walk into this location I am very satisfied with the customer service I receive. The delivery team is also awesome at night and I'm sure daytime is good too. Food is always fresh and never had any issues with this location. Also the location itself is clean and easy for parking. I've ordered 20+ pizzas this year (2019) and not a single one has been burnt/ undercooked, even when I order delivery the pizzas arrive smoking hot and in great condition, the crust is always that perfect texture not too soft not too hard and the prices are amazing And the quality of the olives, spinach, pepperoni, sausage etc are great quality. Would put 0 stars if I could. We ordered 2 bread bowls an hour ago and we always love the garlic sauce they put on the bread bowls themselves. It took us a while to check the food as we were putting our kids to bed. We work swing shift so we get home late. They didn't put the sauce and since we called later than they liked they will only send us a certificate and it will take two weeks to get here. The guy my husband spoke to didn't give us his name but was rude and continued to call my husband ma'am even after he said he is not a woman. Wasn't too happy about my service here. I go here occasionally and never had a problem. The employees are always nice and welcoming. I ordered recently and it took about 40 minutes for my order when I went into the store and ordered . Alejandra took my order and I can tell she needed help. After I received my pizza it was not even hot and it looked gross. Way too many bubbles on the pizza and it wasn't even shaped like a pizza. I received an advertisement for this new dominos in the mail and decided to order a pizza. I live right around the corner and they said that my pizza would be here by 30 minutes. More than 30 minutes passed by and I called again politely saying when my pizza would get to my home. They said that there had been a mistake in the order and apologized and said they would deliver the pizza in 30 minutes and it would be free. More time than expected passed by and my pizza never came so I called for the third time! When I called they said that the pizza was already on the way but it never came.
