oh how this place has fallen ! this used to be the spot for $5 pizza rivaling little cesars ! now it's a shell if it's former self. i paid 50 bucks for trash. the supreme pizza used to be 11 bucks a few months ago now it's $15 and not worth that at all. the pepperoni pizza went up to $7 and it's so smaller and lukewarm. the hot wings had no spice or flavor to them and you can tell they've been sitting for hours. the bread sticks were some of the worse i ever seen. so tiny and soggy. i really am disappointed. nothing is fresh anymore or good. just lukewarm food and insane prices. do better prontos or you'll be out of business ! read more

Visited Pronto Pizza on a whim as I was buying soda at 711 next door. Saw three boxes of ready made pizza behind the counter. Paid $6 for a pepperoni despite it being 5 minutes past closing time. Girl behind the counter was cool. Wonder when the bad customer service happens since I'm new to the area. Oh well lucky me. The pizza is very bread-y and the cheese, sauce, and pepperoni are sparse. I was here today 4/28/2021 I ordered 4 large pizza and hot wings for my friends and there was only one young lady working I give her five stars . She was very polite took care a lot of customers without a manager and kept a smile the whole time . She should be a manager to cook the pizza, run register answer phones that's a lot for one person and to survey her area to ensure her safety. This is probably the worst pizza place I've ever been to in my life. To call whatever I was served a "pizza" is a disgrace to the name.. and don't get me started on how much of a failure this business model is. I walk in and my presence is not acknowledged for several minutes until I was yelled at and forced to give an amount of pepperonis when I strictly went in for a Hawaiian and breadsticks. I gave the man my order and I sat for 25 minutes until I was given my pizza and it was not what I had Asked for. I was handed by "mistake" a pepperoni that looked like it had been sitting on the rack for about an hour. It was about as hard as it was to get a decent pizza from this establishment. The young man with the beard and glasses tried apologizing to me and words could not describe the horrors I faced (or could not face as his breath ranked as he spit talked over the counter). Honestly it felt more like attending a show at sea world as 10 gallons of saliva splashed onto my face with each syllable that slithered out his mouth. They offered to give me the pizza free of charge but the associates of this place can be seen right behind the counter chit chatting having a golly ol time as hip hop music plays while they're supposed to be making pizzas. And mind you the songs they play are NOT the clean versions. So much for a family friendly environment. All in all I was given the pizza free of charge but decided to give it to the gang of less fortunate hovering by the entrance. Upon leaving the store I was challenged to a brawl by a man with a shaven head. I would not recommend this place to anybody looking for food to eat. Go to Little Caesar's instead.
